As a company, you have to fulfill legal obligations. This includes implementing all material, organizational and personal measures to protect the company's employees. Efficient occupational health and safety and the prevention of accidents are of essential importance in constantly growing companies.
Our safety experts take over the topic of occupational safety in your company
We offer both comprehensive basic support and company-specific support on the subject of occupational safety.
Together with you, our specialist evaluates each work area with regard to its hazards and stresses. This result is then documented in the risk assessment, as are the defined occupational safety measures and the result of their review.
The workplace inspection enables our experts to gain an overview of the existing safety status in your company. In the process, your company is divided into different work areas so that they can be considered separately.
After an inspection of your company by our experts and the division into different work areas, a competent support and a reliable delimitation of responsibilities can be guaranteed.
The inspection of work equipment must be carried out by a qualified person as part of the risk assessment. All tools, devices, machines or systems used in the company are considered work equipment.
According to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Hazardous Substances Ordinance, employees must be instructed regularly in order to identify hazards and stresses in good time. On request, we can also provide additional instruction for your employees that is tailored specifically to your company.
The employer shall appoint company physicians and occupational safety specialists in accordance with this Act.
The task of occupational safety specialists is to support the employer in occupational safety and accident prevention in all matters of occupational safety, including the humane design of work.
The employer is obliged to take the necessary occupational health and safety measures, taking into account the circumstances that affect the safety and health of employees at work. He must check the effectiveness of the measures and, if necessary, adapt them to changing circumstances. In doing so, he must strive to improve the safety and health of employees.
Before using work equipment, the employer must assess the hazards that may occur (risk assessment) and derive necessary and suitable protective measures from this. The presence of a CE marking on the work equipment does not release the employer from the obligation to carry out a risk assessment.
