Track measurement
Increased rolling resistance and thus also higher fuel consumption of your machine occur due to strong one-sided tire wear or left or right spin of your wheels. The only thing that can help here is a correct adjustment of the toe by means of an electronic wheel alignment and toe measurement, which should be carried out regularly. It is also essential to check and adjust the toe when repairing the steering and front axle. We help you to achieve precise straight-line running for more safety, driving comfort and economy.

All tires and wheels of your machine are measured by an electronic wheel alignment and toe measurement. In the shortest possible time, the information on toe, axle offset and axle misalignment can be determined. In addition, we check your tire profiles and, if necessary, replace defective steering components (tie rod, tie rod ends, stabilizers, etc.).
Official general inspection (HU) and safety inspection (SP)
In § 29 of the STVZO it is legally prescribed that and when the main and safety inspection for motor vehicles and trailers must be carried out. For machines over 40 km/h the main inspection must be carried out annually, for all other machines every 2 years. The safety inspection is only mandatory for machines over 40 km/h and over 7.5 t total weight. This should also be carried out annually and 6 months later than the main inspection.

Components relevant to road traffic such as tires, wheels, chassis, brakes or lighting and signaling systems are inspected. The overall condition of the machine is also assessed (mirrors, mudguards, etc.). Finally, you will receive a certificate of inspection and an inspection sticker.
Expert inspections according to UVV
For your own safety, the agricultural trade associations require regular UVV inspections for many devices. Especially in the case of commercial use for passenger transport, this is for your own safety. Only an expert can assess the safe condition of your machine: preventive measures and maintenance as well as regular inspections ensure a minimized risk of accidents. GRUMA takes care of the UVV inspection for you - sustainably and at fair prices.

Procedure for the expert inspection
The UVV test consists of a visual and functional test. It is intended to ensure that the device is in perfect condition and, if necessary, that defects and damage are detected and eliminated.
The tests basically cover the completeness, effectiveness and suitability of the safety equipment. In addition, the condition of both the device, the load-bearing means, the rollers and the equipment as well as the supporting structure is checked with regard to damage, wear or other changes. Finally, you will receive a detailed condition report for your records and, if the inspection is successful, an inspection sticker. In the event of defects or damage, we will be pleased to offer you immediate repair.
Brake test
Regular brake inspection ensures safety in road traffic. Safe, fast and effective stopping of the vehicle must be possible. In the course of the main and safety inspections as well as after repairs, the brakes of your machines are checked and calculated directly.

Description or procedure
The machine is placed on GRUMA's own brake tester for testing. As soon as the measurement results are available, they are checked and analyzed. Should any defects occur, they are immediately rectified in our workshop.
