An employer is required by law to instruct its employees once a year on the hazards and risks in their workplace. For new employees, initial training is also required.
With our online instruction for office and VDU workplaces, we offer a quick, uncomplicated refresher course on the hazards of everyday office work as well as preventive measures. This reduces the risk of occupational accidents and illnesses and increases safety in the company accordingly.
Flexibility in time and place
When carrying out the instruction, the participants are flexible in terms of both time and location.
This means that the training can be completed in one go or - as soon as the employee has free capacity - spread over several stages. The content can also be repeated as often as required and thus carried out at the individual learning pace of the respective training participant.
The training is also 100 percent online and web-based, so that employees can also complete it conveniently from their home office or while on the road. Integration into the daily work routine is thus possible without any problems.
Interactive learning concept
In order to keep the concentration of the training participants constantly high and to bring some variety into the learning material, we rely on many informative charts, explanatory videos and quizzes in our instruction for office and computer workstations.
The personal touch is also provided by a speaker who guides the participants through the online instruction with a lot of wit. Test questions between the slides and a final quiz also guarantee that participants have understood the content.

Our "Office Safety Training" is designed for all workers who work in the office or administration of a company, government agency, educational institution or other organization.

Contents of the online instruction
Our safety instruction for office and VDU workplaces fulfills all requirements of the DGUV and the employers' liability insurance association. The following topics are covered:
- Legal basis
- Proper office behavior (risk areas, electronic equipment, ladders and steps, hygiene, SRS).
- Light, climate and acoustics in the office
- Staying fit at work (ergonomics, prevention of stress, back problems, etc.)
- Working outside the office (home office, mobile working)
- Emergencies (first aid, fire protection)
Procedure of the online instruction
Step 1: Registration
Registration takes place directly via our training calendar. After submitting the order, participants will receive their login details by e-mail within 1-2 working days. They can then log in directly to the training portal and start the "Office safety training".
Step 2: Implementation
After registering in the training portal, the participant can start directly with the implementation. Test questions between the slides and a final quiz at the end of the training ensure that the participant has understood the content. The total time required to complete the training is 1.5 hours on average.
Step 3: Sending the certificate
As soon as the participant has passed the final quiz, a certificate of successful participation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address on file. This serves as proof for the extension of the training participant's insurance coverage and is valid for one year.

The introductory price for the "Office Safety Instruction" is €19.90 per license (plus VAT).
If you register more than one participant, you will also receive a quantity discount.
To conduct our online instruction, all you need is a PC or tablet with Internet access and the option of audio output. Participation via your smartphone is also possible in principle.
The online training course takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete. However, depending on personal previous knowledge and the individual learning speed, this may deviate from the average.
