Narrow-aisle forklift
The high-bay stackers from Linde Material Handling are optimally designed for narrow-aisle warehouses. The powerful motors enable simultaneous driving and lifting. The high-bay stacker is supported by the Linde System Control and thus achieves optimum travel speeds, lifting speeds and, thanks to other assistance systems, precise control to the desired racking position.

Good reasons for a narrow-aisle stacker from Linde
Picking in the high rack
With an assumed rack height of seven meters, Linde narrow-aisle trucks process up to 30 pallets or more per operating hour - significantly more than counterbalance or reach trucks, for example. One of the key factors here is that the forklift trucks accelerate and lift at the same time.
For example, a pallet can be moved particularly quickly at great heights in diagonal motion and at consistently high speeds.
Healthy workplace thanks to smart ergonomics
In the high-bay stacker, the driver has an ergonomic workplace at his disposal: All controls are ergonomically designed and easy to reach, and control is effortless. They make working in the spacious cab easier.
Various mirror and camera systems improve the all-round view. The driver thus avoids harmful body movements in the long term.

Smart order picking solution: Using RFID technology in the factory halls and barcode stickers on the high shelves, the vehicle determines its position in the hall and navigates automatically to the specified destination.

Especially with high racks (up to 18 meters high) in narrow aisles - when space is limited - the narrow aisle truck shows its capabilities. In addition, loads can be transported while driving and even in narrow aisles.
The high rack stacker is one of the most complex industrial trucks. Thus, various training courses such as the abseil training or the forklift license are required.
