Telescopic forklift training / certificate of competence
Any company that has telehandlers in its equipment fleet must also have qualified operators. It is important here that the operators can handle the equipment safely and efficiently. Depending on the intended use of the telescopic handler, various certificates are required. These can be acquired from GRUMA through appropriate training courses.

Procedure and duration telescopic forklift training
Stage 1:
- General qualification for telescopic forklifts with rigid superstructure
- 2 days (10 lessons per day)
Stage 2a:
- Additional qualification for telescopic forklift rotating upper carriage
- 1 day (10 lessons per day)
Stage 2b:
- Additional qualification for use as an elevating work platform
- 1 day (10 lessons per day)
- not applicable for lifting platform certificate according to DGUV 308-008 of group 1b/3b
Number of participants per telescopic forklift course: maximum 10 persons

Frequently asked questions about the telescopic loader driver's license
Telescopic handlers can be equipped with a wide variety of attachments, such as forks, loading buckets, load hooks or working platforms. To make your employees aware of the dangers and reduce the risk of accidents, GRUMA offers the course for all telescopic handler operators. In addition, with the training you comply with the requirements of the employers' liability insurance association for instruction in accordance with DGUV 308-009. Both practical and theoretical knowledge about the operation of the telescopic forklift will be taught to you in the respective course levels.
