FEM 4.004 (UVV test)
An FEM 4.004 inspection (formerly: UVV) must be performed annually on forklifts and warehouse equipment. The basis for this inspection is the BGV D27 regulation of the Employer's Liability Insurance Association and the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health.
Exhaust gas test
Respiratory pollution for employees or environmental pollution - the reasons for optimizing the exhaust emissions of your truck are numerous. We use a measuring device to measure the blackening number or opacity value.
Forklift battery testing
German law requires that electrical systems and mobile electrical work equipment be inspected once a year by a competent person in accordance with TRBS 1203. This also includes forklift batteries. We will be happy to take care of this for you.
Air conditioning service
Poor air makes you tired and listless, high temperatures in the driver's cab impair concentration - this can be dangerous, especially in warehouse operations. It is therefore important that the air conditioning system does its job reliably - we make sure of it!
Charger test for forklift batteries
The inspection of your chargers is also required by law. Only a regular function check of your chargers and consequently optimally charged batteries lead to operational and powerful forklifts.
Hand pallet truck testing
Hand pallet trucks must be inspected regularly according to the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health and DGUV regulations. We inspect over 5,000 hand pallet trucks every year - trust the professional and contact us.
Shelf inspection
Shelving must also be inspected annually in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health. The racks are inspected for collision damage, subsidence and defective fastenings.
