Professional driver training & qualification
Since 10.09.2009, every driver in commercial freight transport has been required to take part in a continuing education course totaling 35 hours within five years. This consists of five modules and is a recognized further training according to the Professional Driver Qualification Act. At GRUMA, you will receive further training from experienced trainers.
Key number 95 in the driver's license due to BKF further training
Truck drivers who use the Class C or Class D driver's license for commercial purposes must complete a professional driver qualification of 35 hours every five years. The advanced driver training serves as the basis for the entry of the code number 95 in the driver's license and proves the special acquired skills and knowledge. The aim of the professional driver further training is to improve road safety, optimize economic driving behavior and achieve a uniform level of education and training throughout Europe.
The scope and content of the BKF further training are defined by the Professional Driver Qualification Ordinance (BKrFQV). Each coherent teaching unit must be at least seven hours.
