Linde connect: Structure and function

Our fleet management solution Linde connect is made up of various hardware and software components. The four hardware modules enable your vehicle to record a wide range of data.

From this data, nearly 30 interactive reports on the fleet, individual zones, vehicles and drivers can be accessed.

Our functional modules

We offer various function modules for Linde connect. In addition to a component for access control (connect:ac) and usage analysis (connect:an), there is also an element for damage recording (connect:dt) and for defining zones (connect:zi).

Access Control = regulates access to the fleet, transfers general vehicle data and provides an overview of the drivers


Examples of data collected: Driver logbook, driving authorizations and driver instruction, vehicle utilization, maintenance report, operating hours and forecast.

With our Linde connect:desk, all your fleet data can be accessed centrally in one place.

The collected data is transmitted from the vehicle to a database via mobile radio or WLAN and can be viewed via the connect:desk user interface.

This allows you to conveniently manage drivers and vehicles, plan the deployment and maintenance of your fleet, and analyze your vehicle data.

In principle, Linde connect can be set up for any vehicle, regardless of the manufacturer. The necessary hardware is already installed as standard in the new Linde models. It can also be retrofitted to older devices.

The system can be easily adapted to your IT infrastructure. This can be done either directly in-house or via our cloud. In both variants, encryption by Linde connect meets the highest security standards.

The software offers you extensive setting options for rights, access and administration, which ensures the security of your data at all times. The personal data is encrypted and can thus only be viewed by authorized persons.

With the Linde Truck Call app, you can coordinate your fleet quickly and easily. The driving orders are conveniently entered into the system and retrieved via smartphone or tablet. Priorities, images, documents and comments can also be added.

Accordingly, the app helps to shorten communication channels, assign transport orders more easily and make your logistics more efficient overall.
