The compact low-lift trucks of the Linde T20-30 EX series have a load capacity of 2.0; 2.5 and 3 tons. The electric steering and the chassis, which is only 720 millimeters wide, also guarantee good maneuverability, as the truck always remains within the pallet contour due to its dimensions.
The vehicles are perfectly suited for use in ATEX zones 1/21 and 2/22, where they can be used for retrieval and storage as well as for short- and medium-haul material transport.
EX protection measures include ignition protection against electrical and mechanical sparks and precautions to prevent electrostatic charging.
In addition, the temperature of all relevant components is constantly monitored.
To ensure that the low-lift trucks can also be used as an ergonomic workstation for transporting goods over medium and long distances, Linde MH also offers a device with a folding platform in the form of the Linde T20-25 AP EX version.
Both the platform and the safety bar are softly padded. To ensure that the operator has a firm and safe footing on the dissipative floor mat at all times, the platform is reliably locked in both positions. The foldable protective bars also keep the operator within the contours of the chassis. To reduce vibrations and relieve the operator, the platform and tiller are decoupled from the chassis. At the same time, the operator has a good view of the load and surroundings at all times, even in tight, demanding work environments. The electric steering with the low-mounted tiller ensures a high level of operating comfort and safe handling of the vehicle.
An integrated multifunction display ensures that the operator has all important vehicle parameters in view at all times. These include, for example, the time of the next maintenance or the battery charge level. The Linde EX Monitoring App monitors all safety-relevant values such as temperature, resistances, voltages and wear. In addition, the operator is informed of specific recommendations for action to ensure safe, reliable operation of the EX-protected vehicle.
The Linde L06-L16 AC EX counterbalanced high lift truck with a cantilever fork carriage was specially developed for transporting special loads, IBCs or closed panels in tight spaces. The truck is available in four variants for lifting capacities of 0.6; 1.0; 1.2 and 1.6 tons and, at 890 millimeters, also has a very narrow and compact design. The vehicle is shorter than an electric forklift and therefore the perfect alternative for ATEX zones 2/22 with limited space.
