Resource-saving, inexpensive, immediately available and particularly sustainable thanks to the extended life cycle: used trucks are a great alternative to new vehicles. To ensure that the trucks from Linde Material Handling (MH) are perfectly matched to their respective applications, they can now be upgraded with ten different function packages. In line with the motto "mix and match", customers of the goods handling specialist can choose between different equipment and service packages and benefit from the latest technological developments. The basis is always the uniform, high "Approved Trucks" reconditioning standard. The new concept replaces the previous "Plus", "Super" and "Ultra" reconditioning levels.
Criteria for the "Approved Trucks" quality seal
The "Approved Trucks" quality seal is only awarded to industrial trucks that have been remanufactured in Linde's remanufacturing centers. Before a truck is awarded the seal, it undergoes a rigorous testing and reconditioning process. Only trucks from the company's own rental fleet and lease returns are accepted at one of the centers located throughout Europe. In addition, the service booklet must be consistently maintained and all maintenance must have been carried out using original Linde spare parts. The individual steps of the reconditioning process are precisely defined and guarantee a uniform standard - regardless of where the vehicle is inspected from the ground up and repaired if necessary.
Interested parties can select both individual models and entire fleets from the extensive stock. Those who wish can also further modify their equipment via a total of ten different equipment and service packages.
Modify used forklift with packages
The used trucks can thus be optimally adapted to individual, application-specific requirements. The aim of the new packages is to increase the efficiency and productivity of operations. From safety, ergonomics and energy to service and extended warranties, there is something to suit every need.
For example, the "Safety Pack" provides features specially tailored to the respective vehicle model. For counterbalanced trucks, these include the BlueSpot warning light , the eye-catching Orange Belt seat belt, and a panoramic interior mirror. With the "Driver Pack," the future driver can look forward to a retreaded workstation with floor mat, padding for seat and armrest, and new rubber coating for joystick and gas pedal pedals. A new traction battery is included in the "Energy Pack". With the "Color Pack", fleet managers can let their vehicles shine in their individual RAL color. Thanks to the various service packages, full service of the energy system, regular and predictive maintenance, or an extended warranty period is also assured.
All additional functions are based on state-of-the-art Linde technology, as used in the latest new vehicles. The equipment is configured at short notice and delivered directly to the customer's company.
