Advantages of online training compared to classroom training
Online training offers numerous advantages over classroom training. In addition to flexibility in terms of time and location, the learning pace can also be set individually.
Maximum flexibility
With online training, you are always flexible in terms of time. You can conduct the training in one piece or spread it over several days and thus integrate it into your normal working day without much effort.
Whether on your laptop, tablet or smartphone, with online training from GRUMA you are completely independent of location. All you need is an internet connection.
The planning effort is also reduced, since the training times of the employees can be individually adapted to the operating sequence. For example, you can instruct the employee to carry out the training when free capacities are available.
The online training replaces the theory part of the classroom event.
The participant only takes the exam on site and, if necessary, completes the practical part there. In the case of a two-day course, for example, this saves you one day.
Individual knowledge transfer
The online training course at GRUMA features a sophisticated, interactive learning concept with informative diagrams and explanatory videos. Test questions between the slides and a final quiz also guarantee that participants have understood the content.
During the training, the training participant does not have to adapt to the pace of the other training participants, but can carry it out at his or her own individual learning speed. Frequently asked questions about online training
Basically, anyone who can handle a PC, tablet or smartphone can participate in our online training courses.
To conduct our online training courses, all you need is a PC or tablet with Internet access and the option of audio output. Participation via your smartphone is also possible.
The online trainings are divided into different lessons. Each lesson ends with an exam. Only when this exam has been passed 100 percent can the next lesson be started. Once all lessons have been completed, a final quiz must be taken.
