Effectively combine order picking and transportation
The ML10 electric pallet trucks can be used very flexibly - for example as an ergonomic order picking platform or for transporting lighter goods. When order picking, the operator raises his work surface to a comfortable height and thus protects his back. It is also important that different mast heights are available. This allows the vehicle to be precisely adapted to the respective area of application. Safety is ensured by the long tiller arm, hand guards and an effective parking brake. Protective devices on the tiller head protect the driver's hands from injury. The tiller arm is very long and low on the vehicle - the driver remains at a safe working distance from the pallet truck. If the operator releases the butterfly button, the ML10 brakes automatically. The same applies when the emergency button is pressed. An effective parking brake holds the vehicle securely on the slope and releases automatically when the drive switch is pressed. The metal cover is pulled down low to protect the feet.

Before picking, the operator lifts the pallet to a comfortable working height. This relieves strain on the back when picking up and setting down the goods. The movement and lift of the truck can be controlled very easily using the ergonomically shaped tiller handle. Both hands are always on the double butterfly control. There is also a belly switch on the tiller head so that the operator can easily brake the vehicle.

MM10 and ML10 have powerful electric motors that guarantee a maximum transport speed of 4.5 kilometers per hour. They also have a robust chassis and a reinforced fork structure that can effectively move any load with a total weight of up to 1000 kilograms. The built-in charger is also important for performance: operators can charge the vehicle anywhere so that it is quickly available again. At maximum battery charge, these vehicles can work non-stop for three hours. A display informs the operator about operating hours and battery discharge.

Service technicians can reach all the main components behind a motor flap. The components are also arranged in such a way that only a few wires are used. The robust DC drive motor is in use for a long time before maintenance is required. This reduces service costs. In addition, the battery requires no maintenance at all. The battery control system ensures that the vehicle's lifting function switches off when 20 percent of the battery capacity remains - this discharge protection increases the service life of the battery.
