The W20 - W30 electric platform trucks from Linde Material Handling are perfect for the bundled transport of large quantities of material. With a payload of two (W20) or three tons (W30) and speeds (without load) of max. 20 km/h (W20) or 23 km/h (W30), the vehicles are characterized by their power, maneuverability and precise maneuverability. Their smooth steering enables the driver to maneuver effortlessly even in the tightest of spaces. All this makes the W20 - W30 ideal for sequential delivery in minutely timed processes, such as material supply to production lines in the automotive industry. The driver's cab, which is decoupled from the chassis, and a drive axle fitted with coil springs instead of leaf springs prevent shocks and vibrations from being transmitted to the driver when driving on uneven terrain. This prevents fatigue and allows relaxed, concentrated work even during long shifts. The vehicles are powered either by lead-acid batteries or lithium-ion batteries.

Safety is a top priority when transporting loads. Therefore, the W20 - W30 platform trucks are equipped with several braking systems. The driver operates the multi-disk brake via the foot pedal. This braking system enables extremely sensitive yet powerful braking to protect the load being transported or to stop the vehicle immediately in dangerous situations. In addition, an automatic parking brake prevents the vehicle from rolling away unintentionally on slopes. When the vehicle accelerates again, it releases automatically. When driving downhill, the W20 - W30 automatically maintain their speed and are not accelerated by the weight of the transported goods. In curves, the speed is automatically adjusted. The robust cab with optional windshield guards and seat belts protects the operator from injury in the event of an accident. In addition, the cab doors are electrically monitored and prevent the operator from driving faster than crawl speed if the doors are not properly closed. A side battery removal allows easy and safe replacement of heavy traction batteries

The large curved windshield and multiple door options provide unobstructed visibility in all directions, allowing the operator to keep an eye on the surroundings without strain, even during difficult maneuvers. The spacious operator's cab offers ample room for relaxed working. Work utensils can be conveniently stowed in storage compartments and nets.

The W20 - W30 platform trucks can transport two (W20) to three tons (W30) of load on their loading platforms, depending on the model. The powerful electric motors ensure high handling rates. Thanks to their compact size and precise power steering, the vehicles are nevertheless effortless to steer. Above all, their small turning circle predestines the W20 - W30 for transport through narrow paths in production halls and warehouses. To ensure that the driver has a complete view of the vehicle even during difficult steering maneuvers, an optional double mirror is available. One of the two mirrors shows the rear, the other the front wheel, to reduce the risk of collision damage.

As platform trucks, the W20 - W30 are designed for minimum service and downtime. The multi-disc brake and control hydraulics are protected from dust all around and therefore do not need to be cleaned or serviced. All service components are easily accessible. For smooth and fast battery replacement, access to the battery compartment is possible either from above or from the side. Even with the side variant, the top cover of the battery compartment can be opened for maintenance work. The screwed front screen can be replaced in a few easy steps if damaged.

Depending on the load, a choice can be made between a standard length of 2.2 meters and a longer version of 2.6 meters.
