The Linde TruckSpot is a visual warning signal solution that announces the approaching vehicle by means of a light signal in the form of a warning sign.
How does the Linde TruckSpot work?
The Linde TruckSpot features modern LED technology, which is characterized by an operating life of over 20,000 hours. The LEDs of the Linde TruckSpot are mounted on the overhead guard frame. When adjusting the lights, explicit care is taken to ensure that passers-by and other drivers are not dazzled.
When the vehicle is reversing, the Linde TruckSpot projects a symbol onto the floor around four meters behind the vehicle. The shape and coloring of the warning symbol is based on the proven look of the hazard triangle. A forklift symbol is also integrated into the warning triangle to make the type of hazard clear. The size as well as the strong contrasting colors ensure a strong warning effect.
The warning symbol is always one step ahead of the forklift when reversing, clearly indicating the vehicle's direction of travel. The motif, size and movement of the symbol immediately attract the attention of employees, which allows them to react at an early stage.
