Heavy-duty telescopic handler from MAGNI
In the heavy-duty sector, the range of telehandlers is already becoming very thin. Heavy-duty telehandlers from Magni show that clever design, a high level of innovation and professional vehicles for the "rough" areas of application are not mutually exclusive. Magni offers its heavy-duty machines of the HTH series for this purpose. In practice, this means that maximum lifting capacities of 10 to 50 tonnes are used, lifting heights are between 10 and 14 metres and ranges of 5-7.9 metres are achieved – with weight capacities of up to 13 tonnes.
Advantages of heavy-duty telescopic handlers from Magni
Highest load capacity for telescopic handlers
Lifting heights over 14 meters
High ground clearance
Frequently asked questions about heavy-duty telescopic handlers from Magni
The term Heavy Duty is used to describe Magni's HTH series machines. These heavy-duty telehandlers are designed for applications that require extreme performance with uncomplicated operation. The lifting capacities of Magni's HTH machines range from 10 to 50 tons, while the capacities for reach ranges from 7.9 tons, depending on the model.
Since Magni's heavy-duty telehandlers are designed for high weights, an extreme amount has been done for operator safety. The cabs provide exemplary all-round visibility, are equipped with special safety stiffeners and can even be sealed airtight above them - then of course with their own air supply or 100% air filtering for pollutants.
When designing Magni's heavy-duty telehandlers, off-road characteristics were in the specifications from the very beginning. After all, the vehicles often work later in unstable ground conditions, in mines or quarries. The all-wheel drive, the high ground clearance and, last but not least, the gradient capabilities of up to 58° ensure a wide field of application - and safe operation.
Good reasons for Magni's heavy-duty telescopic handlers
Magni heavy-duty telehandlers are the result of years of experience and research in the field of telehandlers. Like the RTH series, Magni's heavy-duty telehandlers were developed primarily for a wide range of applications - with the difference that they work in completely different weight classes and the terrain is rarely a challenge. The engines, drives, safety systems and frame structure are of the highest standard.
HTH series
The HTH series of heavy-duty telescopic handlers from Magni delivers top results in almost all areas. For example, the ground clearance: with 370 to 620 mm, any terrain can be mastered.
The models are powered either by Deutz engines, which deliver up to 100 kW of peak power, or by Mercedes engines, which are installed in the largest models such as the HTH 50.14 or 35.12 and, with a lush 260 kW of power, also meet the greatest requirements. Of course, all components, such as axles that operate with hydraulically assisted disc brakes, are designed for the very highest loads.
Cabin with all-round visibility and patented design
The cab of Magni's heavy-duty telescopic handlers guarantees maximum comfort and safety. The windshield extends from the floor to the roof, providing excellent all-round visibility. The FOPS/ROPS-certified cab is protected at the top by a grille.
The pressurized cabin is hermetically sealed and, thanks to 100% air filtration, Magni machines can be used even in polluted environments without posing any health risk to operators.
Operating the heavy-duty telescopic handlers from Magni
All heavy-duty telescopic handlers from Magni work with a 7″ touchscreen. A 10″ version is also available as an option. The Linux-based operating system ensures the fastest response times and browsing through the individual menus is lightning-fast thanks to the latest graphics chips. Above all, the large display makes the diagrams easier to read and allows icons and buttons to be operated more easily and therefore more precisely.
All HTH models can also be equipped with a radio remote control, which in the high-end version even allows remote control of the vehicle up to a speed of 5 km/h from a distance of up to 100 meters.
