With beer sales of 5.79 million hectoliters (2013), the Oettinger Brewery in Bavaria is one of the largest German brewery groups. So it's not surprising that there must be huge logistics behind this organization.
In Oettingen, the brewery's headquarters, countless crates of beverages are picked every day - with the help of our forklifts and warehouse technology equipment. There are even special adaptations for the beverage industry for this, e.g. an attachment that can be used to grab individual crates instead of the whole pallet and thus transport them efficiently.
