The shortage of skilled workers in Germany is a topic that constantly accompanies us. Across all sectors, it represents a challenge for employers and at the same time for the entire economy. Especially in the German skilled crafts sector, there is a shortage of employees. The Rheinhessen Chamber of Skilled Crafts takes up a figure of just under 65,000 missing skilled workers from a study by the Competence Center for Skilled Crafts Assurance (KOFA).

Especially through our branch of special vehicles, which has been growing for years, but of course also through our high number of Linde forklifts, we are in constant exchange with individual companies in the industry and are therefore aware of this problem. In order to support one of the most important branches of the German economy, we at GRUMA are proud to call ourselves a partner of the trade. As a member of the Rosenheim district craftsmen's guild in the carpentry guild, we look forward to future cooperation and hope that our many years of experience in working with craftsmen's businesses will enable us to profitably contribute our know-how to the growth of the craft.
