With a range of technically optimized models for low-lift, high-lift and double-deck loading, Linde Material Handling now enables its customers to make loading and unloading operations even more efficient. In all versions, the operator's platform is consistently decoupled from the chassis to protect the operator from shocks and impacts. An innovative support roller system ensures additional stability during transport and handling of the load. In combination with speeds of up to 14 km/h, an enhanced ergonomic steering unit, and new safety and energy solutions, the machines offer noticeable added value in terms of handling performance.

At the intersections of internal and external transportation, especially at peak times, many people and ground transportation equipment are often operating simultaneously in a confined space, moving large volumes of goods. To ensure smooth and, above all, safe operations between truck ramps, docks, containers and storage areas, even under time pressure, equipment must be precisely matched to the needs of the operators. High-performance, ergonomic and safe vehicles are needed that are also easy to maintain and digitally networked.

A unique selling proposition on the market

Characteristic of the low-lift trucks with 2.0 and 2.5 tons lifting capacity(Linde T20 SP and T25 SP), the high-lift trucks with 1.4 and 1.6 tons lifting capacity and a lifting height of up to 5.3 meters (LindeL14 SP and L16 SP) as well as the double-deck loaders with 1.2 and 1.4 tons lifting capacity(Linde D12 SP and D14 SP as well as Linde D12 HP SP) is the steel cover drawn around the operator's platform. It keeps the operator within the vehicle contour, provides a stable, padded backrest and protects against injury in the event of jostling or collisions. Another differentiating feature is the operator's standing position at a 45-degree angle to the forks. This allows rapid changes of view between the directions of travel without having to move the body or head significantly. The relaxed posture not only supports the operator during driving maneuvers in the stressful workday, but also prevents tension and long-term health problems in the back and neck area.

While the SP models with fixed platform are aimed at regularly covering longer distances, the AP models show their advantages in confined, difficult-to-reach areas. For example, to minimize the turning circle in confined spaces, the stand-on platform of the Linde T20 AP and T25 AP low-platform trucks (payloads up to 2.0 and 2.5 tons respectively) and the Linde D12 HP AP double-deck loader (payloads up to 1.2 tons) can be folded upwards. The Linde Safety Speed system automatically adjusts the travel speed to the tiller's angle of inclination.

Powerful for loading and goods transport

Both the fixed and folding operator platform vehicles are designed for maximum performance. A 3 kW three-phase motor now accelerates the units up to 14 km/h when unloaded. To effectively absorb vibrations and shocks caused by uneven ground, both the operator stand-on platform and the tiller are insulated from the chassis as standard on AP and SP models - a unique selling point from Linde MH. The advantage: operators remain alert and fit over a longer period of time, maintaining their long-term health. To ensure that the load remains as stable as possible on the forks, an innovative support roller system has also been introduced. Large support rollers with shock absorbers compensate for vibrations and automatically adapt to driving conditions and speeds, ensuring a high level of safety and increasing productivity.

The "High Performance (HP)" double-deck models are used when particularly high performance is required on the ramps. These are characterized by high travel and lifting speeds as well as mechanically sprung or hydraulic support rollers in combination with a central drive wheel. The latter in turn form an extremely stable five-point support.

New opportunities for specific customer needs

The SP versions have an additional safety feature: an assistance system for foot detection. If the operator's foot leaves the sensor-monitored area, the machine brakes in a controlled manner. Pedestrians and other vehicle drivers are also alerted to an approaching vehicle by the newly integrated "Linde BlueSpot" optical warning device on the SP versions. From next year, both SP and AP models will be equipped with the new module of the "Linde connect" fleet management solution: "Zone Intelligence" allows individual zones to be defined. When a vehicle enters one of these defined storage areas, the travel speed is automatically reduced.

For organization at the workplace, wide and deep storage compartments offer space in which, for example, wrapping paper, work gloves or writing materials can be stored. The selection of holders has been expanded once again to ensure that necessary work equipment is always within reach. Another new option is the color multifunction display, where the increased contrast makes information on operating hours, battery status or maintenance status easy to read even in unfavorable lighting conditions.

The new so-called trough batteries are designed for both lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries, with customers able to choose and upgrade as they wish. There are also integrated on-board chargers for both battery options.

The digital vehicle architecture enables proactive maintenance, new functions can be added to the vehicles at any timevia software updates, and all data can be managed transparently through the digital twin
