A breath of fresh air for the GRUMA family: On Wednesday, 22 young people started the "serious side of life" or rather: their vocational training at GRUMA. On the welcome day, they were not only able to get to know the company and its management better, but also each other. Of course, the first meeting took place under consideration of the current regulations and hygiene rules.
Our newcomers are trained in a wide range of professions - from commercial to technical.
Twelve of the new apprentices start as agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics or general mechatronicsten will become wholesale and foreign trade management assistants , office management assistants, and commercial commercial specialists in the high school graduation program. A new training occupation this year is warehouse logistics specialist.
Our apprentices are distributed among the various GRUMA branches in Friedberg near Augsburg, Garching near Munich, Egg an der Günz, Germaringen, and the subsidiaries Deutz-Fahr Zentrum GmbH and Schefer Mietstapler GmbH. However, before the young career starters start their jobs in the respective departments, they are currently completing an introductory week at their home location in Friedberg. There, many exciting highlights await the newcomers. Much longed for and equally dreaded: the acquisition of the forklift license.
