The reach trucks of the R14 - R20 G series are ideal for combined indoor and yard use, i.e. for line haulage with changing environments such as when loading and unloading trucks. Extra-large superelastic wheels, a damped drive unit, increased ground clearance and the vibration-decoupled driver's workplace ensure driving comfort and safety. As a result, the versatile R14 - R20 G reach trucks enable both low-vibration travel on uneven floors outdoors and efficient load handling in narrow aisles in the warehouse. They can be customized for each operator's personal comfort and feature powerful engines and numerous safety features.
Features
The optional panoramic armored glass roof of the R14 - R20 G reach trucks protects the driver and provides an optimum view of the lifted load at all times. Linde Curve Assist further increases driving safety by adjusting speed to suit curves. The four braking systems - regenerative and counterflow brakes, automatically controlled holding brake and a hydraulic all-wheel braking system with self-adjusting load wheel brakes - ensure a quick stop in hazardous situations. The lift height indicator as well as the optional recording of the load weight support the driver in load handling. The parking brake, which engages automatically when the operator dismounts, enables safe stopping on ramps and inclines. A safety bar at shoulder height increases operator safety, for example in narrow rack aisles.

The Linde R14 - R20 G reach trucks feature a cab that is vibration-decoupled from the rest of the chassis, individually adjustable control consoles and padded armrests with integrated Linde Load Control. During development, the ergonomic needs of operators were key to the design. A low cab entrance and individual adjustment options for the driver's seat make working with the truck particularly comfortable. The seat's air cushioning adjusts to the driver's weight. Thanks to easily accessible service components, servicing the R14 - R20 G trucks is particularly straightforward. To gain access to the most important electronic and mechanical components, the service technician simply has to lift the driver's seat by means of gas suspension and swivel it to the side. All motors are maintenance-free. Maintenance diagnostics are carried out via the CAN bus system. Using his laptop, the technician gains insight into all vehicle data and can also set parameters such as the lifting speed individually. Service intervals of 1,000 operating hours enable reliable and economical use of the trucks.
