Linde BlueSpot
A small moment of inattention and it happens. Serious accidents between forklifts or forklifts and pedestrians occur time and again in everyday operations. To minimize this danger, a warning device on the forklifts is essential. However, since warning sounds are often drowned out by loud machines, optical warning lights, such as the Linde BlueSpot, are perfect for drawing attention to the approaching forklift. Especially at intersections and in narrow alleys, this can immensely increase safety in everyday work.
The Linde BlueSpot offers these advantages
More safety at blind corners & intersections
Early visual warning
Energy-saving, glare-free LED technology
High durability
Very robust
Available in different lighting variants
The Linde BlueSpot - briefly explained
See and be seen - that's the motto of the Linde BlueSpot. To warn pedestrians and other forklift drivers, the LED light of the Linde BlueSpot projects a blue warning dot onto the ground. This intuitively draws attention to the approaching truck and thus significantly increases safety in the tramline area and at blind corners and intersections.
How does the Linde BlueSpot work?
The main components of the system are two glare-free, high-intensity LED lights. These are attached to the driver 's protective frame and project a blue warning spot onto the floor while the forklift is in motion. When driving forwards and backwards, this light spot is thus always a few meters ahead of the forklift. You can decide for yourself whether the light should shine constantly or flash.
Thanks to the high luminous intensity of the LED technology and the low power consumption, the Linde BlueSpot can be used for up to 20,000 hours. It thus proves to be extremely durable. The electrical components of the Linde BlueSpot are also approved for protection class IP 67 and are insensitive to water and dust. Even shocks and vibrations cannot harm the components.
Are there other variants of the Linde BlueSpot?
In addition to the blue light cone, you can also choose between a blue directional arrow and a red warning dot.
In the first variant, the light is projected in the form of a blue directional arrow to indicate the truck's direction of travel.
The second option is useful if the color blue is already used for other warnings or, due to the nature of the floor, the color red provides a stronger contrast.
