New blood for the GRUMA family: last Thursday, 22 young people started the "serious side of life", or rather: their vocational training at GRUMA. On the welcome day, they not only had the opportunity to get to know the company and its management, but also to get to know each other better.
Our newcomers are trained in a wide range of professions - from commercial to technical.
Eight of the new trainees will start as agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics and two as general mechatronics technicians. Three young people each will become wholesale and foreign trade management clerks and office management clerks and four as commercial specialists in the high school graduate program. We also welcome two prospective IT specialists to the GRUMA family.
Our trainees are divided between the various branches of GRUMA in Friedberg near Augsburg, Garching near Munich, Egg an der Günz, Germaringen and the subsidiaries Volk, Deutz-Fahr Zentrum GmbH and Schefer Mietstapler GmbH. However, before the young career starters take up their positions in their respective departments, they are currently completing an induction week at their home base in Friedberg. Many exciting highlights await the new arrivals there. Both eagerly awaited and dreaded in equal measure: obtaining their forklift license.

In the coming 2023 training year, GRUMA will once again be offering apprenticeships in commercial and technical professions. The first interviews are already underway. Applications are considered all year round and can be submitted directly to the HR department or online.
