Dynamic Mast Control
Storage space is often expensive and therefore limited - so warehouses are stocked with ever-higher racks and goods are stacked on top of each other. This quickly leads to accidents: The mast of the most commonly used reach trucks starts to swing with increasing load and height, which can quickly cause damage to racking, storage or even personnel. This is why the innovative Dynamic Mast Control (DMC) assistance system offers maximum safety even at the highest heights. With the aid of an electric thrust drive, dangerous mast movements are quickly compensated for by countermovements. This ensures maximum safety for your personnel, your goods, and your racks - even at a great lifting height.
Always stay in control with the DMC
Increased efficiency of processes
Prevention of accidents and injuries
Maximum stability of the lift mast
Dizzying heights
Reach trucks often perform their work at heights of over eight meters and sometimes even over thirteen meters! The DMC system helps you avoid accidents and increase productivity and safety. This prevents damage to racks, machines or goods as well as injuries to personnel.
Fast and safe drive technology
The innovative, electric thrust drive provides you with massive support during loading processes at great heights - and does so quite innovatively without active intervention by the operator. The sensitive components are characterized by their responsiveness and at the same time ensure a quiet mast.
More efficient handling performance
With the help of the DMC, your loading processes are executed around 17 seconds faster than before. This automatically makes your intralogistics more efficient and precise. In addition, you save on consequential costs that could arise in the event of accidents without the Dynamic Mast Control system.
Dynamic Mast Control in test
How does the DMC system work?
- Any vibrations that occur are detected at the top of the mast by means of sensors.
- The current lifting height and the weight of the load are measured in parallel.
- The data is collected centrally, whereupon a controller unit sends control signals to the electric pusher drive.
- Finally, the dynamic slewing movements of the mast are compensated by adapted countermovements.
Further assistance systems for maximum safety
- For more safety in operation: The Linde Safety Pilot warns your drivers of hazards, reduces the risk of tipping accidents and avoids driving errors.
- The Linde Safety Guard is an asset in terms of occupational safety: warning tones, flashing LEDs or vibration alarms actively protect employees from danger.
- For more safety: To warn pedestrians and other forklift drivers, the Linde BlueSpot projects a blue warning dot onto the floor.
- Do you care about protecting your drivers? Then be sure to take a look at our restraint systems for forklift trucks.
