The E12 - E20 EVO series of three-wheel forklifts offer a high degree of model diversity with different battery sizes, overall heights or working aisle widths and can thus be configured according to requirements. The trucks also enable precise load handling in the tightest of spaces. Thanks to the turntable axle, drivers can use a steering wheel angle of up to 180 degrees. Two three-phase AC motors integrated into the front axle provide a powerful drive. They provide high acceleration and top speeds. The energy for this is supplied by 48-volt or 24-volt batteries. The energy management system optimally utilizes the batteries and minimizes consumption. All E12 - E20 EVO truck models can also be equipped with lithium-ion batteries. They enable efficient multi-shift operation without battery replacement.

The overhead tilt cylinders stabilize the mast, allowing the use of slim, nested lift mast profiles. This gives the operator the best possible view of the load and the working environment. All control circuits are redundant, ensuring high reliability and operational safety. Traction control ensures optimum power development even under difficult conditions. Additional protection is provided by numerous optional safety systems available ex works and as retrofit solutions.

Like all Linde trucks, the E12 - E16 Evo series are ergonomically designed throughout for fatigue-free, effective operation. Control is via the sensitive Linde Load Control for all mast functions and the efficient dual pedal control. The spacious cab offers a large footwell and plenty of storage space. The mast and axle are decoupled from the chassis and operator's cab. As a result, vibrations are hardly transmitted to the cab and the operator. The highlights of the EVO generation also include a wider entrance step and the adjustable armrest/seat unit.

The particular strength of the three-wheel stacker lies in its maneuverability: its turntable axle enables a steering angle of 180 degrees: the stacker turns on the center of the front axle. The two front wheels roll in opposite directions when steering. This puts less strain on tires and protects floor coverings. Energy consumption is reduced due to the minimal steering resistance. In addition, Linde Load Control in conjunction with the twin-engine front drive ensures safe, millimeter-precise load handling. Lift mast functions can be effortlessly controlled from the fingertips. The E12 - E20 EVO electric forklifts have particularly economical maintenance intervals: The first maintenance must be performed after 1,000 operating hours. A gear oil change is due after 3,000 operating hours, and a hydraulic oil change only after 6,000 hours. Service aspects are already taken into account in the design of the forklifts. These include easy access to all components in the event of repair, service flaps for maintenance, and minimized maintenance scopes. Central, heavily stressed vehicle parts are completely maintenance-free, including the integrated drive axle with brakes and three-phase motors, the mast and tilt cylinders, and the reduction gearbox. Spare parts are particularly easy to install.

Special equipment
Fast, convenient, safe: Automatic battery venting enables a user-friendly charging process. The basis is a plug & play interface via the rear lid of the truck. This means that the driver does not have to open the battery hood or a door for charging.
The Linde BlueSpot™ driveway warning system increases safety during operation, as the LED spotlight makes trucks silently visible.
The different mast variants from Linde bring stroke and overall height into the optimum ratio depending on the application. Standard masts with a stroke of up to 5,650 mm, duplex masts (full free lift) with a stroke of up to 4,145 mm and triplex masts (full free lift) with a stroke of up to 6,075 mm are available.
The optional high-frequency on-board charger enables user-friendly and fast battery charging - regardless of location at any power outlet. The high efficiency, temperature-controlled charging and automatic trickle and equalization charging guarantee an energy-efficient charging process. A separate charging room is no longer required.
Quick and convenient battery replacement: Linde's hydraulic battery ejector guides the battery up to 60 percent out of the truck at the push of a button. It can then be picked up by the overhead crane or a second truck. The option is available for the E12 - E50 trucks.
Tipping accidents with the counterbalanced truck can be largely avoided when using the Safety Pilot from Linde Material Handling.
