The comprehensive safety concept of the X20 - X35 electric forklift trucks protects operators as well as pedestrians and transported goods. The slim mast design, the narrow A-pillar and the lowered front plate offer the driver a clear view of the load and surroundings. Even when loading and unloading at higher levels, the driver has an excellent view of the load thanks to the roof design. The low center of gravity and the high steering axle ensure high tipping safety. In addition, the standard Linde Curve Assist reduces the speed when cornering and prevents the vehicle from tipping. If the load is tilted too far forward when lifting, Linde Load Assist, which is also integrated as standard, automatically intervenes in the vehicle functions and reduces the forward tilt and lifting speed depending on the lifting height. This function minimizes the risk of accidents caused by falling loads.

The spacious, comfortable driver's workplace and the ergonomic seat variants ensure an optimum driving experience and prevent tension and fatigue. Thanks to the large field of vision, the driver can easily keep an eye on the load and the surrounding area at all times. He can operate the vehicle functions without high physical strain, as all central controls are arranged directly around him. The driving experience is pleasant and smooth, even on uneven ground. By decoupling the chassis via an elastomer ring bearing on the drive axle and additional bearings on the mast and steering axle, significantly fewer vibrations and jolts are transmitted to the operator. This also has a noise-reducing effect, which reduces the overall physical strain on operators and contributes to higher handling rates.

As new electric powerhouses, the X20 - X35 trucks can be used for the most demanding applications, even on uneven surfaces. This is made possible by the long wheelbase for electric forklifts and the large tires in conjunction with the vibration-decoupled drive axle. Even dust and dirt, steep ramps, long distances and permanently high lifting and carrying capacities do not bring the new e-trucks to their limits. The key to this is the new synchronous reluctance motor with permanent magnets (SRM+) in conjunction with a new type of water cooling system that keeps the power modules in the optimum temperature range. This ensures consistently high performance even under extreme requirements in multi-shift operation. The overhead tilt cylinders in combination with the torsion-resistant mast design also ensure a high residual load capacity and safe handling of loads between 2 and 3.5 tons, even at large lifting heights.

The driver can see all important vehicle information such as remaining driving time display, warning lights and operating hour at a glance on the standard 3.5-inch display. Text messages on the display guide the driver through simple maintenance processes. Firmware updates and fault diagnostics are possible remotely. This reduces the number of service calls and correspondingly lowers service costs. Maintenance and repair appointments are calculated on the basis of the permanently transmitted operating hours. Wear and any damage that may occur are identified at an early stage by remote diagnosis. Among other things, this is possible because the temperature sensor integrated as standard permanently analyzes measured values such as oil temperature in relation to the ambient temperature. This prevents serious consequential damage. The mast or operator workstation are modular assemblies that can be replaced quickly and easily, which shortens downtimes for repairs.
