The E16 - E20 EVO series offers a wide variety of models. Depending on the requirements, different battery capacities, overall heights or versions with narrow aisle width are available. In operation, they enable precise load handling in the tightest of spaces - with high stability. Linde's innovative combi-axle allows the steering knuckles of the rear wheels to rotate 175 degrees. This allows the vehicle to turn on the spot without damaging the floor covering. The e-trucks also feature the Linde compact axle: as an integrated unit, two powerful drive motors, maintenance-free brakes and power components installed directly on the axle ensure maximum work performance with high energy efficiency. The simple battery change or optional onboard charger ensure high availability.

When handling loads, the Linde Protector Frame offers the driver maximum safety. The frame and roof of the operator cell form a robust, closed protective zone. Thanks to the top-mounted tilt cylinders, the lift mast profiles are kept particularly narrow and compactly nested inside one another. This gives the operator the best possible view of the load and surroundings. In addition, effective traction control, redundant control circuits and high residual capacities ensure maximum reliability and operational safety.

Fatigue-free, effective work is the basis for high productivity in the interaction between man and machine. As with all Linde vehicles, ergonomics is a key design principle of the E16 - E20 EVO series. This applies to the arrangement of all controls around the driver, such as the adjustable seat and armrest unit, the sensitive Linde Load Control integrated into it for controlling the mast functions, and the efficient double-pedal control typical of Linde. The chassis and the spacious driver's cab of the EVO series have been deliberately decoupled from each other to minimize the transmission of vibrations to the driver.

The four-wheel forklifts of the E16 - E20 EVO series offer particularly high lateral stability. Heavy loads can thus be moved with millimeter precision, even at great heights. The innovative Linde combi-axle allows the rear wheels to turn so that the truck can turn on the spot, with minimal tire wear and no damage to the ground. Precise control is achieved in perfect interaction between the dual-engine front drive and Linde Load Control. It allows all lift mast functions to be operated effortlessly with the smallest of finger movements, and operators can perform lift and tilt movements simultaneously. In addition, three-stage adjustable driving dynamics ensure demand-dependent power development and energy efficiency.

The forklifts of the E16 - E20 EVO series are particularly economical and service-friendly due to very long maintenance intervals. The complete drive axle with the three-phase motors for drive and lift drive, but also central functional parts such as mast and tilt cylinders are completely maintenance-free. An overall inspection of the electric forklifts is required after 1,000 hours of operation and the first hydraulic oil change even after 6,000 hours. The forklift models have been designed for easy servicing, so all vehicle components are easy to reach for repairs. These features ensure smooth vehicle operation.

Special equipment
Fast, convenient, safe: Automatic battery venting enables a user-friendly charging process. The basis is a plug & play interface via the rear lid of the truck. This means that the driver does not have to open the battery hood or a door for charging.
The optional high-frequency on-board charger enables user-friendly and fast battery charging - regardless of location at any power outlet. The high efficiency, temperature-controlled charging and automatic trickle and equalization charging guarantee an energy-efficient charging process. A separate charging room is no longer required.
Quick and convenient battery replacement: Linde's hydraulic battery ejector guides the battery up to 60 percent out of the truck at the push of a button. It can then be picked up by the overhead crane or a second truck. The option is available for the E12 - E50 trucks.
Tipping accidents with the counterbalanced truck can be largely avoided when using the Safety Pilot from Linde Material Handling.
