The D10 FP electric high lift truck is a double deck loader that is as compact as it is powerful. With a chassis width of only 720 mm and electric power steering, it is extremely maneuverable in the smallest of spaces. It is therefore particularly well suited for loading and unloading trucks and for transport over medium to long distances. The powerful 2.3 kW motor enables powerful acceleration to up to 10 km/h. At the same time, the D10 FP can pick up two pallets at the same time, ensuring maximum handling performance. The vehicle is equipped with a steel apron to protect the driver in the event of light collisions.
Features
When working with the D10 FP double-deck loader, the driver is always within the protective vehicle contour, so there is no risk of injury even during maneuvers in confined spaces. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with a steel apron reaching down to the ground, which provides protection in the event of minor collisions. Independently operating braking systems ensure the safety of the load and the driver. The entire driver's platform is designed as a dead man's switch. As soon as the driver leaves the vehicle, it brakes automatically. When cornering, the vehicle automatically adjusts speed to prevent tip-over accidents.

The ergonomically shaped handle of the D10 FP double deck loader can be effortlessly operated with both hands, ensuring load handling that is as precise as it is comfortable. The padded backrest provides additional comfort and ensures that the operator can work in a gentle posture for the entire shift. The height of the control handle can be adjusted and adapted to the physical conditions of the operator. As an option, the operator's platform is decoupled from the chassis and has suspension so that shocks from uneven road surfaces are not transmitted to the operator. Spacious storage compartments provide sufficient space for important work materials.

The D10 FP double deck loader can transport two pallets at the same time and has a combined load capacity of 2,000 kilograms (1t/1t). Thanks to the narrow design and electric power steering, the vehicle is very maneuverable and can be easily maneuvered in tight spaces. The powerful 2.3 kW engine ensures powerful acceleration up to 10 km/h. The optionally available Speed Management optimizes the speed depending on the load weight on the upper fork. Depending on the task, the D10 FP can be equipped with different mast types. The maximum mast height is 2,424 mm. Support wheels mounted on the left and right of the drive wheel optionally provide additional traction and stability.

A robust design and the maintenance-free AC technology of the drive enable long maintenance intervals and guarantee high vehicle availability. If maintenance work is necessary, the CAN bus connection of the D10 FP ensures simple service processes: The service technician reads out the vehicle's system data and analyzes it quickly and easily via laptop. To enable service work to be carried out effortlessly, all the vehicle's components are easily accessible. An optionally available digital instrument display gives the driver an overview of all relevant vehicle information at all times.
