The D12 HP SP electric double-deck loaders are high-performance vehicles that can simultaneously pick up and transport two pallets. They are suitable for efficient loading and unloading of multi-level delivery vehicles, storage and retrieval, fast transport trips, and occasional picking processes. As a high-performance version, the D12 HP SP offer high travel and lift speeds for maximum handling performance. The Linde OptiLift assistance system ensures precise load handling and thus additionally increases the working speed. A support system with a 5-point support also ensures maximum safety during storage and retrieval. As protection in the event of collisions, the drivers are surrounded by a solid steel apron. Together with the innovative Linde e-driver control concept, the unique 45° degree standing position ensures an ergonomic body posture and ideal all-round visibility. For greater maneuverability in confined spaces, a shortened vehicle version with Li-ION battery is optionally available.
Features
The fixed stand-on platform of the D12 HP SP is surrounded all the way to the rear by a robust, waist-high steel skirt that protects the operator from damage in the event of a collision. Thanks to the special design of the standing platform, the driver's body remains within the vehicle contours at all times, which prevents injuries. Additional protection is provided by a foot sensor. It registers when the driver's feet leave the platform and automatically brings the vehicle to a halt. The wide mast provides excellent visibility of the load, which significantly improves safety during goods handling. Load integrity is ensured by a soft-landing function that helps the forks touch down gently on the ground. Thanks to Linde's integrated Curve Assist, the vehicle automatically adjusts its cornering speed to prevent accidents. When the driver releases the butterfly lever, the vehicle stops automatically.

Precise lifting movements are the be-all and end-all for ergonomic load handling. That's why the D12 HP SP are equipped with the Linde OptiLift. The operator platform and the handlebar form a unit that is decoupled from the chassis and fully suspended to minimize the physical strain on the operator. At the same time, the height-adjustable steering can be adapted to the driver's physical requirements. Maneuvering is possible without much effort thanks to the electric power steering. Driving speed and steering resistance are automatically and continuously adjusted to the steering angle. In the D12 HP SP, the operator stands at a 45° angle to the fork direction. This gives him a good view of his surroundings in any direction of travel without straining his back and neck with excessive turning movements. On request, the vehicles can be equipped with the innovative Linde e-driver control system. It is optimized for the 45° position, contains all important control functions and can be operated with one hand. A multifunction display provides the driver with all important information.

The high-performance D12 HP SP models reach a top speed of 14 km/h without load. When traveling with two pallets, the powerful 3 kW three-phase AC motor enables up to 7.5 km/h. A powerful lift motor provides more speed when lifting and lowering the load, noticeably improving pallet handling performance. For more performance with double-deck loading, the D12 HP SP can be equipped with Linde Speed Management. A start-up assistant prevents unintentional rolling backwards on sloping ground. A 5-point support system with optional electrically controlled and hydraulically assisted support wheels on both sides, as well as a centrally mounted drive wheel, ensures even traction and stability, especially when crossing ramps or uneven ground. The D12 HP SP can be equipped with a new generation of Li-ION batteries, for which a corresponding on-board charger is also available. The vehicles are also available with a shorter battery compartment in combination with a 6kWh Li-ION battery. The shorter wheelbase reduces the turning radius and makes the vehicle ideal for use in tight spaces.

The electric motor of the D12 HP SP is maintenance-free thanks to modern three-phase technology, which ensures high availability and minimizes service costs. The robust fairing parts and a stable chassis ensure reliability even in tough operating conditions. The vehicle was developed under the premise of "Design to Service". This means that service technicians have quick access to all relevant components. All vehicle data can be retrieved via the CAN bus by means of a diagnostic plug. The vehicle's state-of-the-art electrical-electronic architecture allows software updates and new functions to be installed remotely at any time, as long as the vehicle is equipped with the optional data transmission unit.

In addition to the classic lead-acid batteries, the new generation of Li-ION batteries is also available.
The vehicles can be equipped either with a standard double handlebar or with the Linde e-driver control concept, whose handlebars are optimized for the 45° position and can be operated with one hand.
With the software-based speed management connect:zi, different safety zones can be set up with automatic speed adjustment.
The cold storage design ensures full operational readiness and performance of the vehicle at minus 35° Celsius.
