The D12 - D14 SP electric double-deck loaders can be used in a variety of ways - particularly for the efficient storage and retrieval of goods and the simultaneous transportation of two pallets over longer distances. However, these ergonomic devices are also ideal for occasional order picking. The stand-on platform and operating elements form a fully sprung unit, which is surrounded by a robust steel apron right up to the rear. This protects the driver and enables optimum all-round visibility and an ergonomic posture: the driver stands at a 45-degree angle to the direction of travel and steers the vehicle using the optional Linde e-driver, which is designed for one-handed operation. The steering and load roller system, which is supported at four points, ensures maximum stability, especially when loading and unloading at height. The Linde OptiLift control system enables precise, fully proportional load handling as well as quiet and energy-efficient operation.
Features
On the standing platform of the D12 - D14 SP, the driver is surrounded by a solid steel apron up to hip height, which offers maximum protection in the event of an accident. The feet are also well protected by a circumferential steel rail and an optional foot sensor: if the foot is moved outside the platform, the vehicle brakes automatically. The vehicles are equipped with Linde Curve Assist. The driving speed is reduced when cornering, which prevents risky maneuvers. The mast design ensures an excellent view of the load and surroundings. Thanks to a special soft landing function, the forks touch down gently on the load arms and prevent damage to the load. The vehicle comes to a standstill automatically as soon as the drive lever is no longer actuated. The optional warning light Linde BlueSpot alerts the surrounding area to the approaching vehicle.
- Sturdy steel skirt as a protective shield
- Adjustment of the curve speed
- Optimal visibility through the mast
- Soft landing function to protect the load
- Optional foot sensor for additional protection
The D12 - D14 SP are equipped with the Linde OptiLift assistance system. It enables precise and intuitive lifting movements and ensures both quiet and energy-saving load handling. The platform and operating elements are completely decoupled from the chassis and spring-mounted to absorb vibrations and shocks caused by uneven floors. In the D12 - D14 SP double-deck loaders, the operator stands at a 45° angle to the direction of the forks. This allows them to see their surroundings in any direction of travel without straining their back and neck. As an option, the vehicles can be equipped with the Linde e-driver control system, which was specially developed for the 45° position and one-handed operation. Maneuvering is possible without great effort thanks to the electric power steering. The driving speed and steering resistance are automatically and continuously adjusted to the steering angle. The height-adjustable steering can be adapted to the physical requirements of the driver.
- Assistance system Linde OptiLift
- Electric power steering
- Fully decoupled driver workstation
- Unique concept with 45° driving position
- Optional one-hand control via Linde e-driver
The D12 - D14 SP transport two pallets with a load of up to 1,000 kilograms at the same time. Even when fully loaded, the powerful 3 kW three-phase AC motor accelerates the vehicles up to 10 km/h - ideal for fast line transport. They also have a high residual load capacity when lifting loads up to a height of over four meters. For intensive use, we recommend equipping the vehicles with Linde Li-ION batteries and on-board chargers. The Linde e-driver has also been developed for intensive use of the double-deck loaders. All control elements are integrated into the control unit, which is optimized for the 45-degree position and can be operated effortlessly with one hand.
- Double pallet transport
- High residual capacities at high lifting heights
- Powerful 3 kW three-phase motor
- Optional operating unit Linde-e-driver for one-hand control
- New generation Linde-Li-ION batteries
- On-board charger available
Thanks to their robust design with many low-wear and maintenance-free components - such as the powerful three-phase motors - the D12 - D14 SP offer high availability and low service costs. In accordance with the design-to-service principle, all maintenance-relevant components of the double-deck loaders are easily accessible for the service technician. Via diagnostic connector, the technician has access to all vehicle data via CAN bus. Thanks to the newly developed electrical and electronic architecture, fault diagnosis can be carried out wirelessly, and software updates and additional functions can be uploaded over-the-air if the vehicles are equipped with the optional data transmission unit.
- Maintenance-free components
- Robust construction
- Maintenance friendly design
- Diagnostics via CAN bus architecture
- Modern E/E architecture

Special equipment
Various mast heights are available. The vehicle can thus be precisely adapted to the desired area of application.
In addition to the classic lead-acid batteries, the new generation of Li-ION batteries from Linde is also available.
The lateral battery removal with roller bearing enables a quick change, which makes especially the use in several work shifts more efficient.
The vehicles can be equipped either with a standard double handle or with the Linde e-driver, which is optimized for the 45-degree position and one-handed operation.
The D12 - 14 SP can be equipped with an optional overhead guard to protect operators from falling loads.
The cold storage design ensures full operational readiness and performance of the vehicle at minus 35° Celsius.
A sensor registers when the driver's feet leave the standing platform. As long as the sensor reacts, the vehicle is braked to a standstill.
The Linde BlueSpot warning light spotlight makes the vehicle silently visible and thus increases safety in day-to-day warehouse operations.
