The D06 and D08 pedestrian double-deck loaders are ideally suited for light logistics operations - for example, when fast transport and picking processes are required in supermarkets. Despite a lift height of 2,024 mm, the vehicles are very compact. This makes it easier to work in tight warehouses. And with the innovative crawl speed button, the vehicle can be maneuvered precisely even when there is very little space available. The innovative support roller system ensures greater safety. It improves traction and stability even on uneven ground. Through the special mast design, the driver has a good view of the load and the road. With a total capacity of 600 kg and 800 kg respectively, the D06 and D08 high-lift trucks can also transport two pallets simultaneously.
Features
The D06 and D08 high lift pallet trucks ensure the safety of the operator. This starts with the drawbar: it is long and connected to the vehicle at a low point. This means that there is always a sufficient safety distance between the operator and the chassis. In addition, the lowered chassis protects the driver's feet. Thanks to the creep speed button and the Linde SafetySpeed and SafetyLift functions, safe transportation and order picking is also possible in confined spaces.

The pedestrian double-deck loaders can be easily operated by tiller. This also works when the driver is wearing gloves. A crawl speed button is available for particularly tight spaces. The vehicle then moves at a speed of 1.5 km/h. Large storage compartments provide space for work utensils and facilitate work processes.

The particular strength of the double-deck loaders lies in their handling. Their intuitive operating concept makes it possible to lift and lower the load very precisely. It is also important that the lifting cylinders are mounted on the side and the operator therefore has a good view of the load and the rack. In addition, the goods sink gently to the floor using the soft landing function. In double-deck mode, two pallets weighing up to 800 kg can be transported and stored. The patented support roller system ensures improved traction and stability.

The service technician can reach all important vehicle components quickly and easily. They are located directly under the engine cover. For fault and wear diagnosis, he reads out all relevant vehicle data via CAN bus system. In addition, a multifunction display always shows battery charge status, operating hours, maintenance status and possible faults. The maintenance-free, moisture- and dust-proof 1.2 kW three-phase motor ensures permanently high availability. Last but not least, the patented support roller system is important when it comes to service: With this technology, it is no longer necessary to readjust the support wheels.

Special equipment
Depending on the operating environment, the customer can select different drive wheels. Rubber-elastic and profiled wheels are available. Wheels made of non-chalking polyurethane and wet-grip material for damp floors are also available.
The fork widths are optionally available over a fork outer distance of 540 mm and 560 mm.
The Aquamatik is used for simple, quick filling of distilled water into the battery.
The lateral battery removal with roller bearing enables a quick change especially for the use in several work shifts.
Various standard lift masts with lift heights of 1,574 mm, 1,724 mm and 2,024 mm are available for theD06 and D08 high lift trucks.
With the built-in charger, the battery can be charged quickly and easily.
The load protection grid ensures that loads are stabilized when the load carrier is raised and cannot slide backwards.
The SafetySpeed function controls the travel speed in proportion to the tiller position: the smaller the tiller angle, the lower the travel speed.
The tandem load wheel is available as a polyurethane and a greasable polyurethane variant. These support wheels give additional stability in rough conditions such as uneven floors, long driving distances and extreme temperatures.
