Product description
Thanks to a fold-out driver's platform, the D12 - D14 AP electric double deck loader can be used flexibly as a pedestrian vehicle or as a mobile model. On two levels, it transports up to 1,400 kilograms and increases productivity for storage and retrieval as well as for transports over longer distances. The driver stands comfortably and safely on the spring-mounted platform. The creeper function slows the vehicle down and makes difficult maneuvers in narrow aisles easier and safer. With the help of the Linde OptiLift® mast control, operators can lift and lower the load with precision. Good visibility through the mast allows millimeter-precise storage and retrieval, even in high racks, and ensures safe load handling. Driven by powerful 2.3 kW motors, the twin loaders reach a maximum speed of up to 10 km/h and increase handling performance through a high working speed.
Features
The Linde D12 - D14 AP twin loaders are designed to protect the operator while working. Fold-up side bars additionally protect the driver from injury. The pallets are automatically positioned optimally during storage and retrieval, minimizing the risk of accidents. For added safety, the vehicle automatically adjusts its speed in curves and throttles back from a lift height of 1.5 meters. As soon as the driver stops using the traction control, the truck comes to a halt. In addition, the emergency stop button immediately triggers a load-dependent electromagnetic brake. The good visibility of the load also ensures greater safety.

The travel and lift functions of the D12 - D14 AP electric pallet trucks can be conveniently operated with one hand without the operator having to let go of the tiller. This enables precise, comfortable load handling. To master particularly challenging steering maneuvers effortlessly, operators can activate the creeper function and release the brake at the same time. The fold-out platform suspension absorbs vibrations from uneven ground, allowing the operator to stand on it comfortably and safely while driving.

The operator intuitively operates all travel and lift functions with one hand. The Linde OptiLift® mast control system ensures that the load is raised and lowered with millimeter precision - increasing working speed and precision at the same time. When using the main and initial lift, the D12 - D14 AP double deck loaders can transport two pallets weighing a maximum of 1,000 kilograms each at the same time. This results in higher efficiency during transport. Even with double loading, the 2.3 kW AC motor accelerates the vehicles up to 10 km/h. The speed is automatically reduced in curves and from a lifting height of 1.5 meters.

The multifunction display of the D12 - D14 AP shows the operator all important status information at a glance. The maintenance-free AC motors ensure high availability of the twin loaders. All important components are easily accessible. In case of repair, service technicians can read out and check the system data on the notebook via the CAN bus connection.

Special equipment
A load protection grille with a height of 1,000 mm ensures that loads do not slide backwards and fall onto the operator when the load carrier is raised.
This protective function prevents jerky lowering of the load and the associated damage. To do this, it reduces the lifting speed before reaching the ground and sets the load down gently.
In addition to the rotating clipboard, this equipment package includes another storage compartment in the front area.
The cold store design allows the high lift truck to be fully operational and perform at temperatures as low as minus 35 degrees.
The battery roll-out function in combination with interchangeable racks is ideal for applications that require frequent battery changes.
With this new option, the lifting speed can be increased by up to 33 percent (from 30 cm/s to 40 cm/s).
