The L06 - L16 AC series counterbalanced pallet trucks are an efficient handling solution for stacking and transporting small and medium loads. They are used when the space is too small for a lift truck with wheel arm or the transport distance is too short for an electric forklift. Thanks to the precise and dynamic power steering, the L06 - L16 AC are extremely maneuverable and versatile. With ISO standardized forks, the trucks pick up all types of pallets. The long, low-slung tiller protects the operator by providing sufficient safety distance from the chassis. Safety is also ensured by the automatically adjusted driving behavior in curves and a good view of the load.
Features
The long, low-mounted tiller of the L06 - L16 AC ensures sufficient safety distance between the operator and the chassis. The special all-round design of the tiller handle protects the operator's hands. The low chassis of the vehicles prevents the operator's feet from being trapped under the vehicle. In curves, the vehicle automatically adjusts speed and prevents possible overturning. The L06 - L16 AC brake automatically as soon as the operator releases the tiller control console. An easy-to-reach emergency stop switch interrupts all vehicle circuits and immediately releases the electromechanical brake.

All controls are ergonomically integrated into the tiller head, including those that control the movement of the lift mast. The double-handle steering control can be operated with both hands and enables precise and comfortable handling of the vehicle. All the buttons on the control panel are freely accessible and can be operated by light fingertip pressure. This means that all functions can be operated effortlessly even when wearing thick gloves. Thanks to the long tiller, the vehicles can be driven easily and maneuvered smoothly in confined spaces. The L06 - L16 AC offer a generous storage compartment for work equipment such as scanners, gloves and pens. A DIN A4 clipboard can also be attached to a special holding device.

With their dynamic and precise power steering, the L06 - L16 AC are particularly characterized by their maneuverability, which significantly facilitates load handling in confined spaces. The operator controls the speed of the vehicle via the tiller's angle of inclination. Thanks to the ISO standardized forks, the L06 - L16 AC are able to pick up all types of pallets and mesh pallets. The compact and powerful 2.3 kW AC drive allows speeds of up to 6 km/h. A starting aid avoids backward rolling when starting on slopes. The wide range of standard, duplex and triplex masts ensures high residual capacities in the range of 600 to 2000 kilograms.

The multifunction display provides the operator with all important vehicle parameters and offers useful additional functions such as service display, battery charge status, operating hours counter and alarm function. Service technicians benefit from the CAN bus connection, through which all vehicle data can be transferred to a laptop and then read out and analyzed. The L06 - L16 AC have been designed so that the main technical components of the vehicle are freely accessible. The maintenance-free technology of the AC drive enables maintenance intervals of up to 1000 operating hours.

Special equipment
The wide, deep storage compartments are suitable for the data terminal, barcode reader or even rolls of film, work gloves and writing utensils.
The cold store design ensures full operational readiness and performance of the high lift truck down to minus 35 degrees.
For applications with a high proportion of strokes, there is the optional Lift Speed Booster, which can increase the lifting speed by 33 percent.
The tilt control of the lift mast (available for L10/12/16 AC vehicles) is especially recommended when transporting pallets, rolls and boxes. The forward tilt helps to pick up the load and the reverse tilt simplifies the transport. With the mast tilted, the load no longer slips forward from the fork as easily during braking.
The lateral battery removal with roller bearing enables a quick change especially for the use in multi-shift operation. When changing batteries from the side via a roller conveyor in the battery compartment, a lever helps to push out the battery, through which the battery (3 & 4 PzS) can be pulled onto a changing rack or changing trolley.
The soft landing function prevents jerky lowering of the load and the associated damage. To do this, it automatically reduces the lifting speed before reaching the ground and sets the load down gently.
