Product description
The L10 - L12 AS electric straddle stackers quickly and flexibly handle pallets with fork openings closed at the bottom as well as various small containers - especially when they are used in narrow aisles. For this purpose, the trucks have a narrow steering radius. In addition, the distance between their spreading arms can be flexibly adjusted. The L10 AS and L12 AS accelerate quickly thanks to a three-phase motor. A SafetySpeed function automatically adjusts the speed depending on the tilt angle of the tiller.
Features
The tiller head with all controls surrounds the hands and protects them from injury. In addition, the low-slung chassis edge prevents the operator's feet from getting under the vehicle. To keep the safety distance between operator and implement as large as possible, the tiller arm is very long and low-slung. When the operator moves the tiller to the upper or lower end position, the vehicle control system activates an electromagnetic brake. The massive spreader arms improve the lateral stability of the vehicle.
- End position resistance of the drawbar prevents unintentional, abrupt braking
- Long, low-slung tiller for a large safety distance
- Drawbar all-round protection for hands
- Deeply drawn lower chassis edge protects the footwell
All controls on the tiller are ergonomically positioned to facilitate operation with both hands. In addition, there is a crawl speed button that the operator can press when the tiller is in the vertical position. Subsequently, maneuvers in confined spaces are much easier. Depending on the tiller position, the vehicle adjusts its speed proportionally. This facilitates its control.
- Ergonomically shaped and tiller head increases operating comfort
- Crawl speed button for maneuvering in tight spaces
- Proportional adjustment of the travel speed depending on the tiller position
- OptiLift function for sensitive lifting and lowering
- Gentle and safe lowering of loads
Even in confined spaces, L10 - L12 AS are fast on the move. This is due to the powerful three-phase motor and the precise digital control system. For difficult maneuvers, a booster effect is also available to increase the vehicle's performance for a short time. During load handling, the OptiLift and Soft Landing functions support the operator. With their help, he can sensitively lift and lower the load. Last but not least, the vehicle can be used very flexibly with its adjustable spreader arms of 900, 1200 and 1350 mm.
- Adjustable spreading arms from 900, 1200 and 1350 mm
- Linde crawl speed button
- Safe load handling with Linde OptiLift
- Booster effect for extra power
- Quiet running 1.2 kW three-phase motor
- Digital control facilitates maneuvering
The maintenance-free three-phase motor with 1.2 kW increases the availability and reduces the operating costs of the straddle stacker. In addition, service technicians can quickly read out all vehicle data via CAN bus connection and then check it on a notebook. The operator in turn sees the most important vehicle data on a digital multifunction display. The engine and battery covers are made of robust fiberglass-reinforced material and are therefore extremely durable.
- Maintenance-free three-phase motor with 1.2 kW
- CAN bus structure for quick and easy diagnostics
- Quick access to all maintenance components
- Motor - and battery cover made of glass fiber reinforced material
- Multifunction display with operating hours, maintenance and battery charge level indication

Special equipment
Depending on the operating environment, different drive wheels are available. Wheels made of polyurethane, profiled solid rubber, non-chalking solid rubber and wheels with so-called wet-grip material for wet ground conditions are available.
Regularly, the fork carriage consists of two steel tines, which are adjustable in distance. With the help of attachments - the slides - the tines can be additionally adjusted.
The tandem load wheel is also available as a polyurethane version.
The cold storage design ensures full operational readiness and performance of the straddle stacker down to minus 35 degrees.
