Product description
The L14 - L20 AP high lift trucks are versatile and ensure efficient and fast processes in the warehouse. With a 2.3 kW three-phase motor, the truck reaches a maximum speed of 10 km/h with the platform folded down. Its load capacity is up to 2,000 kg. All controls are located on the tiller head and allow the high-lift truck to be operated intuitively. In addition, the vehicle can be steered with little effort using electric power steering. And with the help of Linde Load Control, every load handling operation is sensitive and precise. As an option, the truck also features Linde Load Management, which calculates the current weight and height of the load.
Features
If the driver actuates the emergency stop switch or leaves the platform, the emergency brake stops the vehicle directly. In addition, the vehicle brakes automatically when he releases the travel switch. The optional Linde Load Management is also important for the safety of the vehicle: it warns the operator if the load picked up exceeds the rated capacity of the high-lift truck. In curves, the Linde Curve Assistant adjusts the speed to prevent dangerous situations. On the cushioned platform, the operator stands safely even during faster journeys.

The L14 - L20 AP high lift trucks have a spring-loaded platform that forms a single unit together with the side bars and the tiller head. This design reduces oscillations and vibrations acting on the operator's body. The flexible standing platform makes work even easier: when folded in, it allows pedestrian operation - so there is no need to get in and out of the truck during order picking. All operating elements are ergonomically arranged and can be reached with ease.

With the help of the high-torque 2.3 kW AC drive motor, the forklift moves through any narrow-aisle warehouse at up to 10km/h. Its load capacity is 1,400 kg to 2,000 kg. In addition, the robust chassis helps the vehicle achieve a high residual load capacity. Linde Load Control ensures that every handling process is very precise. The Soft Landing function protects the fork and load from stopping too abruptly in the end position.

The multifunction display shows all information on the current vehicle status - from load weight and operating hours to maintenance status and battery discharge. Thanks to CAN bus technology, service technicians can also quickly access all vehicle data. Special equipment
The initial lift ensures greater ground clearance, making the truck easy to maneuver even on inclines and uneven floors. The initial lift only raises the wheel arms of the truck.
The cold store design allows the high lift truck to be fully operational and perform at temperatures as low as minus 35 degrees.
The Lift Speed Booster is available as an option for applications with a high proportion of lifting. This allows the lifting speed to be increased by a further 40 percent without load.
The forks are braked before touchdown by the Soft Landing function. This causes the loaded goods to sink gently to the floor.
The lateral battery removal with roller bearing enables a quick change especially for the use in several work shifts.
Standard, duplex and triplex masts are available to customers to meet the wide range of application requirements. For greater lifting heights, a duplex mast is used. This mast has an additional inner mast profile that almost doubles the lift height of the truck. A triplex mast is equipped with two inner mast profiles, one inside the other, and achieves a lifting height that is almost three times the height of the outer mast.
