Product description
Based on powerful 2.3 kW three-phase motors and high load capacities, the L14 - L20 pedestrian pallet trucks ensure increasing handling performance. They are ideal for handling in narrow aisles or service elevators. An initial lift version is available as an option for increased ground clearance. This enables the vehicle to transport loads of up to 2,000 kg safely over ramps and uneven surfaces. The sensitive OptiLift lift mast control simplifies handling because all lifting movements are very precise. Optionally, the vehicle also has Linde Load Management, which calculates the current weight and height of the load.
Features
The lift mast can only be raised when the tiller is in the upright position. This is ensured by the Linde SafetyLift function. In addition, the vehicle automatically adjusts its travel speed to the distance between the operator and the vehicle. The tilt of the tiller is the deciding factor here. Basically, the vehicle activates an electromagnetic braking system when the operator moves the tiller to the upper or lower end position - but a slight resistance before this end position rules out unintentional braking. The optional Linde Load Management not only displays the weight of the load, but also warns of excessive loads.

All controls are ergonomically arranged in the tiller head and can be reached intuitively. This makes the workday easier. The same applies to the electric power steering. A loading capacity of 1,400 to 2,000 kg, plus a powerful 2.3 kW AC motor - both factors ensure efficient handling operations. At the same time, the robust chassis gives the pedestrian pallet trucks a high residual load capacity. With the help of the OptiLift operating concept, the loads can be moved very precisely. In addition, the fork touches down gently via soft landing. The optional Linde Load Management is also helpful in many handling processes. It displays the weight with an accuracy of +/- 50 kg.

Special equipment
The initial lift ensures greater ground clearance, making the truck easy to maneuver even on inclines and uneven floors. The initial lift only raises the wheel arms of the truck.
The cold store design allows the high lift truck to be fully operational and perform at temperatures as low as minus 35 degrees.
A load protection grille ensures that loads cannot slide backwards and fall onto the operator when the load carrier is raised.
The Lift Speed Booster is available as an option for applications with a high proportion of lifting. This allows the lifting speed to be increased by 40 percent without load.
The lateral battery removal with roller bearing enables a quick change especially for the use in several work shifts.
Standard, duplex and triplex masts are available to customers to meet the wide range of application requirements. For greater lifting heights, a duplex mast is used. This mast has an additional inner mast profile that almost doubles the lift height of the truck. A triplex mast is equipped with two inner mast profiles, one inside the other, and achieves a lifting height that is almost three times the height of the outer mast.
The load-bearing tandem support wheels provide additional stability, for example, on uneven floors, long driving distances or extreme heat.
