The H100 - H180 D V-trucks move even very heavy loads precisely, quickly and economically. This achieves an outstanding handling performance compared to the competition. This is made possible by the hydrostatic drive from Linde, which allows the heavy-duty forklift truck to be moved with millimeter precision. The driver switches quickly and completely smoothly between forward and reverse travel. At the same time, modern diesel engines ensure high torque and low fuel consumption.
Features
Large glass surfaces and the curved windshield provide the driver with a very good view. This also applies to the view to the rear, because the visibility-optimized counterweight reduces the blind spot at the rear of the vehicle. In addition, the driver's cab is located exactly in the center and in the front position. The seat monitoring system locks the working and travel hydraulics when the operator is not seated in the vehicle. If the heavy-duty truck reverses, a clear signal tone (85dB) warns pedestrians and other vehicles.

An ergonomic workplace was one of the goals when developing these heavy-duty forklifts. This is why, for example, several rubber mounts decouple the driver's cab from the chassis and engine. This means that the driver is subjected to fewer shocks and vibrations. The height-adjustable armrest and steering column as well as the adjustable seat with hydraulic suspension guarantee an ergonomic workplace. The Linde dual pedal control with short pedal travel makes everyday work easier and prevents fatigue.

The H100 - H180 D V-trucks operate according to the "power on demand" principle: the engine speed is regulated according to the power required. This means that the engine always runs in the most efficient range, thus saving fuel. The stepless Linde hydrostatic system ensures high handling performance, as the driver accelerates the vehicle without having to clutch or shift gears. In addition, the truck comes to a standstill independently as soon as the driver does not operate the gas pedal pedals. With the help of Linde Load Control, it can precisely control every lift height and fork position.

The hydrostatic direct drive from Linde is not only wear-free, but also works without a gearbox, clutch, differential and drum brakes. This significantly reduces the service costs for the vehicle. The side service box enables quick maintenance work: the mechanic has direct access to various filters, batteries, wiper water tank and diagnostic plug. For work in the engine compartment, the driver's cab is tilted sideways using an electro-hydraulic pump.

Available are multiple pallet clamp, rotary device, paper clamp, carrying mandrel and more.
The range extends from mechanical or hydraulic fork carriers to models with additional end-position sideshift to tiltable and shaft-guided fork carriers.
This fork carriage can be equipped with up to six hydraulic circuits to allow a wide range of carrier and fork movements: lateral displacement of the entire fork carriage, even when both forks are in the outboard position; individual displacement of each fork; etc.
The entire cab can be rotated clockwise by 65 degrees and counterclockwise by 180 degrees. This means that the operator always has an optimum view of the load and travel path in every operating situation and without straining his posture. The cab is rotated either continuously via joystick or to preset positions via four buttons.
The operator's cab can be raised steplessly by up to 2.5 meters. This gives the operator a better view of the load and the working environment, enabling him to move the material to be transported more safely. The travel speed is automatically reduced as the lifting height increases.
The current load weight detected by sensors is displayed on the vehicle's standard 7″ color display.
When reversing, sensors detect the area behind the vehicle. The driver is warned of moving and immovable obstacles by a visual and acoustic signal. The range of the warning system is adjustable.
For the vehicles of this series, there is a diesel engine-powered and an engine-independent electric parking heater.
