The D12 R double-deck high lift truck transports two pallets of up to 1000 kg each at the same time and reaches a speed of up to 10 km/h with its 3 kW three-phase motor. This makes it particularly suitable for fast transport over medium and long distances when high handling performance is required. In addition, thanks to initial lift, the vehicle is also suitable for loading and unloading trucks. The precise steering enables particularly safe, comfortable and productive handling. Thanks to the compact chassis and high maneuverability, the D12 R can be maneuvered safely and quickly even in tight spaces. The high seating position, which is aligned transversely to the direction of travel, provides the driver with the best possible visibility of the loads and the surroundings.
Features
The design of the vehicle encloses the driver safely within the contour at all times. Additional safety from falling loads is provided by an overhead guard with Plexiglas panel or optional protective grille. In addition, safe handling is supported by automatic speed reduction when cornering and a brake that automatically engages as soon as the operator releases the travel button. If necessary, an easily accessible emergency stop interrupts all vehicle functions and activates the electromechanical brake. To protect the vehicle, the D12 R is equipped with a pallet stop that prevents pallets from damaging the lifting components.

Automatic assistance systems make steering easier for the driver. For example, the steering torque of the D12 R automatically adapts to the driving speed and the curve radius. In addition, the speed is automatically reduced depending on the steering angle. The convenient "Tip Control" single-hand control combines all control functions in one ergonomic joystick. The hand rest can be individually adjusted to ensure a fatigue-free, ergonomic hand position.
