Product description
The D12 S/SF high lift trucks have a chassis that is narrower than a pallet. Therefore, these vehicles, which pick up two pallets at the same time, can be easily maneuvered in tight spaces. In addition, the driver has a high standing position and thus a clear view of the fork tips. This simplifies load handling. The driver's platform is decoupled from the chassis by rubber mounts. This protects the body from stronger vibrations during travel, allowing the driver to concentrate for longer. Linde offers the D12 high lift truck in two basic versions: In the S model, the driver stands sideways to the direction of travel and has a good view to the front and rear. In the SF model, the operator stands facing the direction of travel and thus always has the load in view. Both models are available with mast variants for different loading heights. The low-lift trucks have a load capacity of up to 2,000 kilograms.
Features
During travel and during storage and retrieval, the driver is always within the protective vehicle contour. Smooth-running and sensitive control elements make this possible. Thanks to the compact chassis, the driver also has a good view of the fork tips and can avoid any obstacles in good time. The braking systems also ensure greater safety: When the operator takes his foot off the drive switch, the electromagnetic system applies the brakes to varying degrees depending on the load present and gently stops the vehicle. In addition, there is a dead man's switch for hazardous situations: The vehicle brakes automatically when the switch is no longer pressed. Per Curve Assist system, the high-lift truck automatically adjusts its speed in curves.
- Protective vehicle contour
- Braking system acting according to the load weight
- Dead man's switch
- Curve assistant
The driver's cab of the D12 S/SF high lift truck is decoupled from the chassis. Shocks and vibrations caused by uneven road surfaces are hardly transmitted to the operator - an important protection against physical stress. In the S model, a backrest enables the operator to adopt a back-friendly position while driving. In addition, the S model has an ergonomically shaped control unit whose handrest can be adjusted in height by the operator. Lift functions, traction or horn can be operated effortlessly with one hand. Deep and wide storage compartments are available in both models. Important work utensils are therefore always within easy reach.
- Cushioned driver's cab
- Padded backrest
- Depth storage compartments
The D12 S/SF high-lift truck can transport two pallets at the same time - with a weight of 1,200 to 2,000 kilograms for single loading and a total weight of up to 1,800 kilograms for double loading. This flexibility stands for increasing handling performance - especially because the vehicle with its 3 kW three-phase AC motor reaches the top speed of 10 km/h even with maximum load. In addition, the tight turning radius ensures that difficult maneuvers are performed quickly and safely. To ensure that the D12 S/SF does not break down at the end of a shift, even during intensive use, there is an Eco mode. When it is activated, the truck consumes around twelve percent less energy. Users can also precisely adapt the high-lift trucks to the handling task at hand. For example, standard and duplex masts with a loading height of between 1,574 and 2,124 millimeters are available. There is also an optional load protection grid that stabilizes the load during travel.
- Flexibly transport one or two pallets
- Eco mode for low energy consumption
- Maximum speed with full load
- Mast variants for precise handling
The dust-protected three-phase motor of the D12 S/SF is completely maintenance-free. In addition, a robust design ensures that the vehicles can withstand even tough continuous operation and require only infrequent maintenance. The CAN bus connection ensures simple service processes: The technician connects his notebook and can then examine all vehicle data at a glance. All relevant components are easily accessible.
- Maintenance-free three-phase motor
- Robust construction
- Fast analysis of vehicle values via CAN bus connection
- Easy to reach service components

Special equipment
The battery can be easily removed from the side of the vehicle using a lever and spring mechanism.
There is an optional bar on the right of the vehicle to which individual attachments can be attached. A second bar on the left of the vehicle has a flashing warning light.
The order always in view: The additional, clearly visible clipboard facilitates many picking and transport processes.
How and by whom are the individual trucks used? What does the consumption data of the vehicles look like and is each one roadworthy? In the interaction of software and hardware, connect: fleet management from Linde provides the relevant answers.
The system compensates for unevenness in the ground and ensures that all wheels are always in contact with the ground. This keeps the stability of the vehicle high.
A 24-volt connection is available in the vehicle for connecting a data terminal.
