The horizontal order pickers from Linde impress with their sophisticated design, safety and optimum adaptation to the requirements of order picking. The new N20 C series complements the typical order picker in Linde design with the "classic" order picker with battery in front of the operator.

Reasons for a horizontal order picker from Linde
The design of Linde's horizontal order pickers follows one principle: provide the operator with an optimal workplace. This leads to accelerated picking processes and thus to higher handling performance.
Security
The compact steering wheel ensures that the driver does not move outside the vehicle contour during steering movements. Ergonomic grips guarantee a secure hold.
To protect the driver and the load, the horizontal order picker automatically lowers its speed in curves and when the forks are lowered. Further protection against falling objects is provided by the optional head guard.
Ergonomics
The operator stand of the horizontal order pickers is ergonomically designed and individually adaptable. The low, non-slip, spring-mounted platform allows the operator to climb in easily and work more comfortably and without fatigue thanks to reduced human vibrations.
The backrest and handlebar (optional) can be adjusted in height. The typical work sequences can be performed without strenuous body movements. The operator station with terminal in the center of the vehicle is located directly next to the pick area. All controls are located within the handlebars and can be reached intuitively.
Handling
The lively 3 kW three-phase motor accelerates the order picker very quickly to its top speed of ten kilometers per hour, even with a loaded maximum load of 2 tons. The steering is intuitive, precise and can be adapted to your individual circumstances by means of adjustable steering resistance.
Many storage areas and optional pushbuttons on both sides for pedestrian operation ensure efficient work processes.
Service
Every 1,000 hours of operation, the vehicle undergoes a service check, which can be carried out with little effort thanks to good accessibility of the service components.
By means of the CAN bus connection, the vehicle data is read out quickly, and the electric motors require no maintenance. The solid chassis made of 4 millimeter steel and the robust lift mast minimize service requirements over the entire service life.
