The M25 Scale+ hand pallet truck features a weighing system with a tolerance of just half a kilo. This saves users the trip to an external precision scale and saves a lot of time when loading a vehicle, for example. To match, Linde offers printers and memory cards if users want to save the measurements. For example, deviations from the actual order quantity can be documented. The torsionally rigid design of the M25 Scale+ ensures high handling rates. On this basis, the vehicle not only has an unusually high load-bearing capacity for its class, but can also withstand tough continuous operation without service downtime. The operator's hands are protected by a wide tiller handle. The M25 Scale+ hand pallet truck transports a maximum weight of 2,500 kilograms.

The design of the M25 Scale+ facilitates many transport tasks and improves working conditions during load handling. For example, the vehicle has two rubber steering wheels that ensure a smooth ride and reduce vibrations when pulling the pallet truck. Small retractable and extendable rollers on the fork tips ensure that the operator needs hardly any force to pick up the pallet. If space is limited, the operator can effortlessly twist the tiller in either direction.

The steel chassis of the M25 Scale+ is very robust and torsion-resistant. Therefore, the vehicle can carry 25 percent more load than comparably sized hand pallet trucks and thus enables higher handling rates. The precision scale is easy to operate and determines the load weight in just a few seconds. This saves time. Tapered forks make it easier to pick up wrapped pallets. In addition, caster wheels and casters have low rolling resistance. Therefore, operators can move the M25 Scale+ quickly with little effort.

The electric weighing system is designed for a runtime of 50 hours. As a rule, users therefore only need to connect the device to a power outlet once a month. The service effort around the low-lift truck is very low. All central connections consist of stable sliding bushings that require no maintenance. The same applies to the encapsulated hydraulic circuit, which is protected from dust. A powder coating protects the chassis from corrosion.
