The low lift pallet truck with picking stroke T16 L facilitates handling. The operator lifts the pallet to a comfortable height and can then set down or pick up the goods more easily. In addition, the truck automatically adjusts this lift with the optionally available AutoLift function. The loading height for the operator thus remains the same even when the goods are stacked on the pallet. A robust steel construction protects the vehicle from damage during tough continuous operation. The low-slung chassis conceals the wheels and protects the operator's feet. The powerful three-phase motor produces high acceleration - even at the maximum load of 1,600 kilograms. At the maximum lift height, the vehicle achieves a residual load capacity of 800 kilograms.

Features

The low-slung chassis hides the wheels, protecting the operator's feet. The very long drawbar of the T16 L is connected to the vehicle at a low position. In this way, there is sufficient safety distance between the operator and the vehicle during travel. Additional safety is provided by the tiller handle because it completely surrounds the hands. The SafetySpeed function is available as an option. It adapts the travel speed to the tiller position - the more upright the position, the slower the speed. This ensures greater safety, particularly in confined spaces.

The picking lift of the T16 L eliminates the need for the operator to bend his knees or arch his back during loading. There are switches on both sides of the vehicle that allow him to easily control this lift. In addition, with the optional Autolift function, the vehicle automatically adjusts the picking stroke. Even when goods stack up high on the pallet, the loading height remains ideal for the operator. For added convenience, the T16 L has deep storage compartments that provide plenty of storage space for work materials.

The powerful three-phase motor quickly accelerates the low-lift truck to a top speed of six kilometers per hour - with and without load. In addition, the vehicle copes with steep inclines even with a full load. In addition, the motor has a higher torque via automatic booster effect when it has to master difficult situations. At maximum lift height, the residual lifting capacity is still 800 kilograms. Wide mast profiles ensure stable transport.

The materials used ensure greater stability - and thus lower repair costs: the mast and fork carriage are made of high-quality, robust steel. The tiller and engine cover are made of particularly resistant, fiberglass-reinforced materials. This design absorbs many shocks and impacts during tough continuous operation. Fast service processes are guaranteed by the CAN bus connection. The service technician connects his laptop to it and then performs a quick vehicle diagnosis. All service components of the T16 L are easy to reach.

The optionally available buzzer sounds different from the standard horn and is thereby more audible in noisy environments.
