Product description
The M25 hand pallet truck is robustly designed and does not bend even under heavy load. That's why its steel chassis can support around 25 percent more weight than comparable models in this size. The M25's hydraulics are protected from dust and are therefore well prepared for long, tough operations - with minimal service requirements. Increasing handling performance is ensured by the steering wheels and casters with their low rolling resistance. In addition, the tiller has a large steering angle on both sides. This makes it easy to maneuver the M25 in tight spaces, such as the truck bed. A wide handle protects hands from injury. The M25 hand pallet truck has a maximum load capacity of 2,500 kilograms.
Features
The wide handle of the tiller surrounds the hands, protecting them from collisions during maneuvering. At the same time, the deep chassis prevents injuries to the foot. The overall design of the vehicle has no sharp corners and edges.
- Wide handle of the drawbar
- Deep chassis
- Design without sharp corners and edges
The M25 low-lift pallet truck can be operated effortlessly even when space is at a premium. To do this, the operator turns the tiller at an angle of up to 105 degrees and can then move the truck while standing sideways. Small entry and exit rollers are located at the fork tips to allow the operator to pick up a pallet with little effort. Pulling the vehicle is easy because all wheels have little rolling resistance.
- Drawbar with large steering angle
- Retracting rollers at the tip of the fork
- Low rolling resistance
The quick lift function of the M25 makes it possible to pick up lighter loads of up to 200 kilograms faster. This means that the vehicle reaches its maximum lifting height twice as fast. The load-bearing capacity of the steel chassis also ensures more handling performance, as the operator can transport significantly more load per distance than with comparable models. The optionally available load scale is easy to use and very accurate. The tapered forks quickly drive into wrapped pallets.
- Quick lift function up to 200 kilograms
- High load capacity
- Intergated load weight measurement
- Tapered forks
All in all, the M25 pallet truck rarely needs to be put to the test, because all components are robustly designed. This applies, for example, to the steering and load rollers, whose plain bushings hardly wear out. The encapsulated hydraulic circuit is protected from dust and dirt. The chassis has a resistant powder coating that protects it from corrosion.
- Rollers with low-wear sliding bushes
- Dust protected hydraulic circuit
- Chassis with corrosion protection
