The T14 S, T20 - T25 S/SF low-lift trucks have a particularly narrow chassis - they are therefore narrower than a pallet. Together with the precise electric steering, this feature ensures that the low-lift truck can be maneuvered optimally. This increases transport performance, especially in confined spaces. The design of the standing platform also plays an important role. It is completely decoupled from the chassis and absorbs many vibrations caused by uneven road surfaces. The high standing position helps to ensure safe processes. From here, the driver has a good view of the fork tips and can approach pallets quickly. Depending on the model, the T14 S, T20 - T25 S/SF low-lift trucks have a maximum load capacity of 1,400, 2,000 and 2,500 kilograms.

Features

During operation, the driver always moves within the vehicle contours and is therefore well protected. This is made possible above all by smooth steering, which he operates from the wrist and thus without much body movement. The vehicle also has a dead man's switch that triggers a load-dependent electromagnetic brake. This allows the low-lift truck to come to a quick yet smooth stop whenever it is loaded. At the same time, the driver always has a good view of the fork tips because of the compact chassis. This reduces the risk of collisions. Depending on the steering radius, the trucks automatically adjust their speed in curves.

Vibrations during travel and handling stress the driver and make him tired. For this reason, the T14 S pallet truck has a free-floating stand-up platform that is completely decoupled from the chassis and in this way absorbs many vibrations. The T20 - T25 S/SF low-lift trucks, on the other hand, are equipped with a full-suspension driver's cab. For more comfort during operation, the S version has a padded backrest and all control of the truck is effortlessly done with the left or right hand via an ergonomic operating platform. The handrest of the operating platform can be adjusted in height by the operator in the S version.

A powerful three-phase motor drives the T14 S, T20 - T25 S/SF low-platform trucks and quickly accelerates them to a top speed of twelve kilometers per hour. In addition, the narrow chassis simplifies many maneuvers in tight spaces. Two basic versions are available for precise tuning to the application: In the S version, the operator stands sideways to the fork and controls every movement precisely and effortlessly via joystick. In the SF version, on the other hand, the driver stands frontally to the fork and operates the vehicle using compact and simple 2-grip steering controls.

The technician can easily reach the service components behind the panel. Via CAN bus system, he can quickly check all vehicle data with a connected service notebook. The 3 kW three-phase motor is protected from dust and therefore maintenance-free. Stability and durability are ensured by the robust chassis and the specially shaped fork tip, which slides smoothly into the pallet while protecting the entire vehicle.

The system compensates for unevenness in the ground and ensures that the four wheels always touch the ground. This improves the stability of the vehicle.

Access control in Linde's fleet management system informs fleet management who is currently behind the wheel. The driver must identify himself by PIN or RFID card before starting.
