The 970 mm wide chassis ensures that the operator always remains positioned within the vehicle contour. The elevated seat is positioned at right angles to the direction of travel, giving him a good view of the warehouse environment to the front and rear. The optional panoramic mirror complements the all-round view. During pallet handling, the four-point support ensures the vehicle's stability.

The seat height, backrest and base plate can be individually adjusted to the operator's needs so that he always works under ergonomically optimal conditions. In cold warehouse environments, the optional heated seat provides additional comfort. The compact steering wheel and all controls are integrated into the console. The operator controls fork movements effortlessly and precisely with his fingertips.

Thanks to their powerful 3kW drive motor, the T20 - T25 RW pallet trucks move through the warehouse at speeds of up to 12 kilometers per hour. The operator transports and stacks loads of 2,500 kilograms precisely with his fingertips via the intuitively arranged controls. The four-point support ensures safe load handling and stability. In addition, the operator has the option of simultaneously controlling the fork via pedals and console, thus working even more efficiently. A clear multifunction display provides information on the vehicle's loading status, operating hours and faults.

The low-lift truck has low maintenance requirements thanks to its robust design. During maintenance, the service technician can easily remove the engine compartment cover and easily reach the central components. All wiring harnesses and cables are clearly arranged for quick maintenance. The service technician conveniently reads out the vehicle data on his mobile terminal via a CAN bus connection.
