The N20 B, N20 - 25 and N20 - 25 HP low-lift order pickers from Linde Material Handling enable a highly efficient and safe order picking process thanks to their unique vehicle architecture with the battery between the operator's platform and the forks: with a maximum fork length of 2,400 mm, various types of loads weighing up to 2,500 kilograms can be transported. The position of the operator's platform always gives the operator an optimal view of the warehouse environment while driving. With the help of the 3kW three-phase motor, the order pickers accelerate up to 14 km/h, depending on the vehicle type, to enable fast transport even over long distances. At the same time, the driver maneuvers forward and backward with ease using the intuitive Linde steering wheel. The small turning circle facilitates maneuvering in narrow aisles. The fully suspended operating platform compensates for vibrations and shocks and ensures a low-stress picking cycle.

The position of the operator's platform in front of the battery allows the operator to keep an eye on the surroundings while driving and react to hazardous situations at an early stage. LED lights and the optional Linde BlueSpot™ at the front of the vehicle provide additional safety in the warehouse by visually announcing the vehicle. Three separate braking systems reduce speed depending on the environment and load: the electromagnetic service brake is coupled with the dead man's switch and the emergency switch. A hydraulically assisted braking system boosts braking power in proportion to the load weight. In addition, when cornering, the vehicle automatically regulates speed in proportion to the angle of the steering wheel. A robust steel bumper at the front of the order picker ensures better protection of the vehicle frame and the operating platform.

The operating platform can be adapted to the operator's needs: A low step on both sides of the vehicle allows him to get in and out quickly. As an option, both the Linde steering wheel and the backrest with seat option are height-adjustable and enable a comfortable driving position that is easy on the back. The entire operator's platform is suspended to compensate for vibrations and shocks during travel (except N20 B). When driving in reverse, an extra handle behind the backrest provides additional support. All edges in the operator's station are rounded and many storage options and compartments provide space for equipment and personal items.

The low-lift order pickers from Linde Material Handling accelerate the overall material flow: With the 3 kW three-phase AC motor, the maximum speed of up to 14 km/h is quickly reached, so that even longer distances in the warehouse can be covered quickly. The driver can operate the intuitive Linde steering wheel with just one hand and easily reach all travel commands including the horn. The respective functions of the steering wheel are indicated by clear symbols. The pedestrian mode allows the driver to move the vehicle back and forth comfortably without having to get back into the vehicle for short distances. The electric wheel steering provides additional stability. Thanks to the optionally available lithium-ion battery, the driver can use breaks to recharge his vehicle. A multifunction display always provides information on the current charge status of the order picker (except N20 B). The initial lift function enables transport over ramps and uneven surfaces.

The N20 B, N20 - 25 and N20 - 25 HP order pickers require only minimal maintenance: The vehicles run for up to 1,000 operating hours without a service check. The three-phase AC technology is maintenance-free and there is no need to readjust the brakes. The technician can easily reach all service components after removing the motor cover and the service panel. He can read out the essential vehicle parameters via a CAN bus connection using a laptop. This allows vehicle information and problems to be diagnosed quickly and rectified if necessary. Robust cast steel bumper at the front protects the operator's platform and reduces collision damage.

Special equipment
The two semi-automated driving modes of the SA option (Semi-Automated; SA) shorten walking distances and reduce constant loading and unloading of the vehicle, as the picker automatically follows or drives ahead of the driver. This significantly increases the efficiency of horizontal picking.
With the Linde connect fleet management solution, it is possible, among other things, to analyze the use of the entire fleet of vehicles in order to subsequently optimize the service or utilization of the vehicle fleet.
The LED headlight is located on the front and has a bright luminosity. It is waterproof and dustproof.
Additional protection for the driver and the load is the load protection grille, which can be adjusted depending on the height of the load.
The Linde BlueSpot™ driveway warning system increases safety during operation, as the LED spotlight makes trucks silently visible.
With Linde's innovative lithium-ion batteries, vehicles can be recharged in a much shorter time and temporarily charged while in use.
Pushbuttons are located on the lift mast on both sides of the vehicle. With them, the driver operates the order picker from the outside and walks alongside at the same time.
The lateral battery removal with roller bearing enables a quick change especially for the use in several work shifts.
The bumper reduces vibrations in the event of a collision, protecting the driver, the vehicle and also infrastructure such as shelving.
Whether it's a driving error, an uneven road or improper vehicle use - a shock sensor registers vibrations. Evaluating the data via the fleet management software provides information about the cause of damage and accidents.
Access control via the connect fleet management system ensures that the vehicles are only used by authorized persons. The driver must identify himself by PIN or RFID card before starting.
