Product description

The V modular vertical order picker reaches gripping heights of up to 14.5 meters and has a load capacity of up to 1,200 kilograms, depending on the model. The vibration-damped cabin, low entry height and ergonomic parapet height take the strain off the operator and make picking easier. High lift and travel speeds ensure maximum picking performance. Linde offers the V modular in two versions: In the version with auxiliary lift, the operator picks from the cab onto the pallet in front, which is always positioned at an ergonomic height. The version with an open cab to the front allows the operator to enter the securely fixed pallet and pick the goods from there. Thanks to its modular design, the V can be precisely adapted to on-site requirements. Users can choose between different chassis widths, battery sizes, mast variants and cabin designs.

Features

To move the V modular, the operator must grasp the sensor-monitored controls with both hands and simultaneously actuate the dead man's switch with his foot. This virtually eliminates operating errors and the risk of the operator injuring himself. In addition, the vehicle does not raise the cab any further from a height of 1.2 meters if the electrically monitored side barriers are not closed. The emergency lowering valve under the rear cover is easy to reach in a hazardous situation. In addition, the V modular can be optionally equipped with various assistance systems: With the aisle safety assistant, travel and lift stops can be defined to avoid collisions with infrastructure. The mobile personal protection system (mobile PSA) monitors the travel path and stops the vehicle if persons or obstacles are detected. The Linde System Control assistance system calculates the residual lifting capacity for the respective lift height and warns the driver of impending overload. In wide-aisle applications, the optional Red Warning Lines light system ensures that pedestrians and other vehicles keep a sufficient distance from the vehicle.

  • Two-hand operation for increased safety
  • Electrically monitored side barriers
  • Red Warning Lines warn pedestrians and other vehicles
  • Mobile personal protection system detects people and obstacles
  • Linde System Control warns of overload when lifting loads
  • Emergency lowering valve under the rear cover
  • Presettable drive and lift stops with the gear safety assistant

The wide cab entrance and low entry height make it easy to enter the V modular, and the low parapet makes it easier to pick up and place goods. A soft floor mat absorbs vibrations and prevents driver fatigue. The driver can work comfortably in the generously designed cab. A comfort cover on the mast side of the cab is available on request, providing additional storage space, e.g. for trash cans and wrapping film. Linde's patented Ergo roller helps the operator lean back and relaxes his muscles. The control panel of the V modular can be mounted on the mast side, the load side or both sides, as required. The color display allows the operator to keep an eye on important parameters such as speed, lift height, residual capacity and steering angle. The display also shows information from optional systems such as Linde warehouse navigation. As an option, the vehicle can be equipped with tilt barriers that fold out slightly when the operator leans against them, making it easier to reach into the rack.

  • Ergonomic control panel
  • Multifunctional color display
  • Spacious cabin
  • Suspension cab with anti-vibration mat
  • Low parapet
  • Ergo roller to lean against
  • Tilt barriers

The V modular reaches gripping heights of up to 14.5 meters and speeds of up to 13 km/h, maximizing handling performance in high-bay warehouses. In addition, high lifting speeds and residual capacities as well as low energy consumption make the vehicle highly efficient. At the same time, a redesigned chassis and improved load arms guarantee greater stability and the greatest possible maneuverability. Linde offers two triplex masts for the V modular: The standard version with free lift is particularly suitable for warehouses with structural restrictions, such as racks above the transfer aisle. The version without free lift enables faster lifting, as the speed does not have to be reduced during mast transfer. In addition to the standard version with additional lift, the V modular is also available with a walk-on pallet: The forks are fixed to the vehicle and surrounded by a safety cage. The cabin is open on the fork side so that the driver can enter the pallet for picking. An innovative control concept ensures that all travel and mast movements merge smoothly.

  • Grab lift height up to 14.5 meters
  • High lifting and travel speeds
  • High residual load capacity
  • Two variants for the triplex mast
  • Walkable pallet possible
  • Innovative control concept
  • Low energy consumption

The travel and lift motors of the V modular are fully enclosed. This means they are comprehensively protected against dust and dirt and are virtually maintenance-free, which improves vehicle availability and drastically reduces cost-intensive downtime. The entire design is optimized for ease of service: The central components are located behind a panel and are easily and quickly accessible for service technicians. Via a CAN bus connection, the technician can easily read out and check all data on the service laptop. For easier fault analysis, all Linde narrow aisle equipment has the same diagnostic port.

  • Maintenance-free travel and hoist motors
  • Easily accessible service components
  • Enclosed motors for dust protection
  • CAN bus architecture

Special equipment

The system ensures faster handling and more safety. In the basic LSC Standard version, the remaining load capacity for the respective lift height is displayed to the operator. Extended LSC versions adapt the travel speed to the transported load weight.

v modular linde display

The ergonomic control panel can optionally be mounted on the load side, the mast side or on both sides. The operating logic remains the same regardless of the selected position. The control panel's color display shows all important information at a glance, such as time, speed, lift height and steering angle.

linde system control

Linde offers two different mast concepts in the triplex range: First, the proven standard version with free lift, which is particularly suitable for warehouses with structural restrictions, such as racks above the transfer aisle. Secondly, a variant without free lift, in which the speed is not reduced during mast transfer, which enables the driver's cab to be lifted more quickly.

tilt barriers v modular linde

When the driver leans against the barrier, it folds outward ten centimeters. This gives him better access to the rack and makes picking easier.

walk-in pallet v modular lime

The pallet is secured against tipping and slipping and is additionally surrounded by a protective cage. The operator can therefore enter it safely and pick from here.

red lines v modular

The Red Warning Lines lighting solution improves visibility in poorly lit warehouse areas. The Red Warning Lines warning light system projects red safety lines onto the floor, ensuring that pedestrians keep sufficient distance from the vehicle.

speed assistant v modular linde

The assistance system reacts to defined obstacles in the rack, on the floor or on the ceiling and specifically limits vehicle functions such as speed and lift height at these points. The vehicle recognizes its position within the narrow aisle using RFID tags or barcode labels. This prevents damage.

bearing navigation v modular linde

The vehicle receives transport orders via the warehouse management system. The vehicle detects the position in the warehouse using barcode labels or RFID tags and measures the current lift height. On this basis, the vehicle independently drives to the desired pallet position. The driver only has to operate the driving function.

battery linde v modular

The side battery removal with roller bearings enables quick changeover for use in multiple work shifts.
