The V10 vertical order picker from Linde Material Handling is designed for order picking tasks on the first and second shelf level as well as occasional work up to a reach height of 6.35 meters. The cab and all operating elements meet the ergonomic requirements for fatigue-free working. The vehicle is available with a walk-on loading platform or additional lift. Different lift motors, chassis, cab and mast variants can be combined in almost any way. This means that the device can be optimally adapted to individual requirements and achieves high picking performance. It can be mechanically or inductively guided or freely movable - each with a maximum load capacity of 1,000 kg.
Features
The driver must touch two hand sensors and a dead man's switch in order to move the vehicle. This prevents misuse or operating errors. The electrically monitored side barriers must be closed from a platform height of 1.20 meters in order to operate the vehicle. The vehicle slows down automatically when the cab is raised and when cornering. The optional assistance system Linde System Control (LSC) automatically and continuously regulates the speed depending on the steering angle and lifting height.
- Three-point control
- Automatically reduced speed in curves and with raised cabin
- Good visibility due to large mast width
- Electrically monitored side barriers
Thanks to particularly simple and ergonomic controls, the operator can operate the V10 precisely and without fatigue. For picking operations, the cab offers plenty of space; it is suspended and protects the operator from vibrations. The low entry relieves the strain on the legs when getting in and out of the cab frequently. The low parapet to the fork facilitates movements between the rack and pallet on the model with auxiliary lift. A wide range of storage areas and equipment options such as radio preparation, fans, data terminal and goods scanner, mirrors or lighting support the operator in his work.
- Spacious cabin
- Low entry and parapet height
- Suspended cabin
- Ergonomic control
The V10 vertical order pickers have powerful three-phase motors for high lifting and travel speeds. In addition, the vehicles can travel and lift at the same time. This allows the operator to reach the desired rack location in the fastest possible way, saving time. With the two basic variants with walk-on platform or additional lift, as well as the large number of cabs, chassis and mast variants, the vehicles of the series can be configured very individually for every application. As a result, and thanks to ergonomic operation, they always achieve high productivity. Economical electric motors and energy feedback during lowering make the operation more economical.
- Simultaneous driving and lifting
- High lifting and travel speeds
- Individual equipment
- Energy recovery
All vehicle components are easily accessible for the service technician. In addition, he can easily read out and check all data on the service laptop. A CAN bus connection is available for this purpose. The active cooling system improves the availability of the vehicle even under intensive working conditions. The encapsulated three-phase drives are maintenance-free. The batteries are changed laterally via roller conveyors and a changing rack or with the aid of a crane.
- CAN bus connection
- Service components easily accessible
- Active cooling system
- Maintenance free motor

Special equipment
The signal can be heard when the vehicle is moving, warning pedestrians and other vehicles.
The vehicle control system optionally monitors various sensors on the control panel, side barrier, dead man's switch and issues an acoustic warning if the signals indicate incorrect operation.
The control panel can optionally be mounted on the load side or on the load and mast side. For the version on the load side, additional pushbuttons can be selected for the operation of the additional stroke.
For example, a terminal, scanner, clipboard, desk pad or individual attachments can be fastened. The mounting rods are attached to the right and left of the mast and on the load side on the overhead guard.
The Linde BlueSpot™ route warning device increases safety during operation, as the LED spotlight makes forklifts visible without making a sound.
The three-level adjustable ergonomically shaped cushion is used when the vehicle is operated from the load side. Here, the driver can lean against it while driving.
The vehicles have sensors that detect the stringline in the floor. In this way, the vehicle is guided safely through the aisle.
The system ensures faster handling and greater safety by continuously regulating the speed of the vehicle depending on the steering wrap and lift height.
Pushbuttons are located on the lift mast on both sides of the vehicle. With them, the driver operates the order picker from the outside and walks alongside at the same time.
When the driver leans against the barrier, it folds out to the side. This gives him better access to the rack and makes picking easier.
The vehicle will be equipped with a 12Volt/50Watt connection as well as speakers and an antenna in the cabin.
The equipment package includes a large rearview mirror and side work lights that illuminate the work environment in the rack. Ventilation can be added to the package to cool the operator under the ceiling in hot conditions at higher lift heights.
