The V08 low-lift order pickers are equipped with a vertically extendable lifting platform that raises the operator up to 1.2 meters above the floor. This allows him to comfortably reach the second shelf level during order picking. The V08 vehicles are available in two versions: In the V08-01 model, the forks are permanently connected to the operator's platform and connect to the operator's platform at ground level. In the long chassis version, the forks support a total weight of 1000 kilograms. In the short version, the forks carry a load carrier of up to 700 kilograms, making the vehicle more maneuverable overall. The V08-02 model is equipped with an additional lifting function that allows the operator to raise and lower the forks separately. This allows him to adjust the load carrier to a comfortable height for loading and unloading.
Features
On the V08, the outer edge of the operator's platform is slightly slanted upwards. This helps the operator avoid missteps and provides additional safety, especially when the platform is raised. The driver's platform of the V08-02 can be equipped with side rails, which provide additional protection against falls and increase the driver's sense of safety. In the event of a collision, the vehicles' robust chassis are equipped with metal bumpers and optional rubber reinforcement to protect the driver and goods in the event of minor collisions. The vehicles can be optionally equipped with LED front headlights and the Linde BlueSpot™, which casts a blue light spot on the ground as a warning signal for pedestrians or other drivers in the direction of travel. The entire floor surface of the operator's platform acts as a dead man's switch. If the driver leaves the platform or activates the emergency stop switch, the vehicle brakes automatically. During travel, the braking power is adjusted to the current load weight and the speed is automatically reduced in curves to prevent tip-over accidents.

The V08 low-lift order pickers are equipped with the intuitively operated Linde steering wheel. It is height-adjustable to provide the operator with a working position that is easy on the back. The spacious operator's platform with an entry height of only 14.5 centimeters facilitates frequent entry and exit. A non-slip rubber pad on the floor of the operator's platform improves footing and prevents slipping accidents. The V08 has large storage compartments for work materials. Additional holders can be added to attach scanners, clipboards, film rolls and other utensils. The multifunctional color display provides all important vehicle information at a glance.

The V08-02 also features a pedestrian function: pushbuttons on the outside of the vehicle allow the order picker to be moved while the operator walks alongside it. This makes it easy to maneuver the vehicle back and forth without having to get back on for short distances. With the additional lift of the V08-02, the operator positions the pallet at the most comfortable working level.

A robust housing and several bumpers protect the chassis of the V08 in the event of collisions. The stable, low-maintenance design of the order pickers ensures long maintenance intervals and thus ensures the high availability of the vehicles. Non-contact sensors do not wear out due to wear and tear and therefore rarely need to be replaced. For maintenance work, the CAN bus connection of the V08 ensures simple service processes: The service technician reads out the vehicle's system data and analyzes it for fast and precise troubleshooting via laptop. To enable service work to be carried out immediately, all the vehicle's important components are easily accessible. Cables and wiring harnesses are clearly arranged, which shortens the duration of maintenance work.

Special equipment
The bumper reduces vibrations in the event of a collision, protecting the driver, the vehicle and infrastructure such as shelving.
Pushbuttons are located on both sides of the vehicle. The driver uses them to operate the order picker from the outside while walking alongside. Using the walk-along mode, he conveniently moves the vehicle back and forth without having to get back on again for short distances.
